So happy for everyone! Can't believe how long ago it seems I started this thread. Now (nearly all of us!) have bouncing babies! Hopefully it won't be long Sargesaweyes!

I feel lost coming on mumsnet, automatically clicking on 'pregnancy' then realising DS is sat on my lap!!!

emoo777 · 30/08/2011 08:50

Congratulations everyone whose babies have come. Hope you are all settling in well and enjoying the cuddles.

Sargesaweyes - Don't feel lonely, I am still here! I am only 2 days overdue but it is my gran's funeral is friday and looks like I will have to miss it. My sister is coming over from Hong Kong for 3 days for that (was meant to be following weekend) and am under lots of pressure to produce. Can't sleep for wondering whether that tiny twinge is a contraction. So really sympathise! I read in a book that noone is pregnant forever, which is obvious, but I found it strangely reassuring!

plummity1 · 30/08/2011 10:49

Hi everyone
I'm still waiting too. Was due on 28/8 but no signs yet. I might be only 2 days overdue but am feeling more and more impatient, bored and in limbo. seeing the midwife again on Sunday for a sweep - fingers and toes crossed baby will have decided to come out of its own accord before then!

Congratulations to everyone who has had their babies!

My DS2 arrived two weeks ago today (at 38 + 3 same as DS1) - don't know where the time has gone. He has spent the last two weeks clamped to my boobs but getting a bit better now - getting at least five minutes to be on mumsnet!

alicedee · 04/09/2011 12:05

Hey everyone,
Congrats to all those who've done the deed and are holding their new bundles of love. It's just the best and mose exhausting time ever!
Don't worry, those who are still waiting, it won't be long now!
Wow, Evie, that quite a size!
Hey, Sargesaweyes your little one shares my birthday!
My boy is doing great. Loves boobs ( a bit too much!) gets a bit windy on a night, but what a little beauty. Just can't stop staring at him thinking WOW!
and it's already 12 days since the birth.
Good luck to everyone, see you on the other side...(post natal)
