Found you at last! Good title

Hope things go well for DH Batterfly.

Fab name Ria (Yours is good too Batterfly but not as good as Ria's I'm afraid)

Had a fantastic family day I got to go back to bed for a couple of hours We all played shop this morning then made lunch together - Jamlet and DH made garlic bread while I made risotto. This afternoon Jamlet helped me and DH with chores and we made apple pie for tea. Simple stuff but nice

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 04/10/2009 17:37

Oh and good luck Natty!

LatinDAISYcal · 04/10/2009 18:13

oh arse bumble just wiped a pretty long post.

highlights....

good day, family, farm, dry pants, DS1 a star, piggy wigs, chicken, icecream, lol @ ria's new name, intrigue @ natty, business advice, grants, jobcentre, dragons den , jammy, batterfly, home on 31st, party here 2pm.

All clear?

Coee!
Like the title!

My back is bad again - I think it's from all this toilet training - bending over the loo at a funny angle to wipe the wee!!
I bent over the bath today and "Ouch!", I'm in constant pain in the area around my - how do you spell it?? "cocksic!!" Im sure you know what I mean!!
Any Ideas?

LatinDAISYcal · 04/10/2009 21:57

lol, I meant we have to be back here, as in Leeds, for a birthday/halloween party at 2pm batters....otherwise we would love to have come to yours

hey jbm, sorry your back is bad. Sounds like it might be the sacro-iliac joint and could be down to pelvic girdle pain. Is it more to one side than the other or in the middle? and has it been like this since L was born? Might be worth seeing an osteopath or a chiropracter. I favour osteopathy, but my DH is a chiropractice diehard. Not entirely sure what the difference is though!!

no idea how that message posted as I never hit the post button

I've been watching Emma...I hated the book; thought Emma was the most vapid heroine ever but that was a good many years ago so thought I'd revisit it...Nope Emma is still the most vapid heroine ever!

Hi Daisy - its more in the middle - and not good!! I had problems after L was born - but they went about 6plus months ago.

LatinDAISYcal · 04/10/2009 23:12

get thee to a bone cruncher jbm! Ouchy stuff though. DH bought me some of those heat things that you stick on for a few hours; was lovely.

bumble is really upset tonight . I have been cuddling him and now DH is and he's still screaming. not sure if it's teeth (no driibbles or red cheeks), he has no temp, has a bit of a snotty nose but it's clear not green. Have given calpol and waiting for it to kick in whilst DH does the cuddles this time.

im up all night with the milk monster again, otherwise known as charlie.

jbm sorry to hear back is bad again. i have awful problems with my ribs atm for some unknown reason.

lol @ daisys post that bumble wiped!!

loving the name too ria, someone help me think of a super halloween name, i want to win the compo this year

business idea is going to make nappies and sell at stalls, events, baby shops and a website.
basically revamping original MEOS and making it more exciting as at moment rather dull, with greater absorbancy. their patent is weak (hence onelife nappies) cheap as chips and easy to make, large profit margin. can use exsisting sewing machine, but do need stud press (£££ tho )
have another mum on here who runs a site who will sell my nappies in return for website building help, also large internet based company am in talks with (ooooh hark at me!)

however alot of this wont take off till new year as need to create 2nd prototype with correct materials (first one was old fabric purely to see if doable) raise funds for bulk fabric orders and stud press. then of course spend a large amount of time making some too then list.

basically if i can get it of the ground quick enough means no returning to work for me. full steam ahead. lol.

...........this is all dependant on my af turning up or not........... major drama of the day, as was retching twice this morning and once this afternoon.
please god no.

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 05/10/2009 02:11

ouch for the back JBM. Hope you get it sorted quickly.

All sounds exciting Natty! And good luck with AF!!!!
