Cor blimy Gov, by the time I found you and caught up the Apprentice has started.

Will lurk

Fury - Doves Farm for wholemeal, Lidl for white. I use Doves Farm yeast too, but make sure you keep it in an air-tight container.

andiem · 11/06/2008 21:03

lackaDAISYcal · 11/06/2008 21:05

night bumper and andie.

for my tea I've eaten nearly 200g of emmenthal cheese and a bag of organix apple and cinnamon rice cakes.

foxythesnowfox · 11/06/2008 21:13

well, you've covered the main food groups there Daisy

Sputnik · 11/06/2008 21:15

That's my mantra in feeding the DCs

lackaDAISYcal · 11/06/2008 21:16

I was thinking no fruit and veg....but apple juice and cinnamon surely covers it

Am considereg a half litre tub of rum and raisin ice cream for desert to increase my fruit intake though...but it is disappointing ice cream even though it cast a small fortune.

OP posts:
lackaDAISYcal · 11/06/2008 21:18

and there are some organix veg crisp things too......but I draw the line at jars of hipp spag bol

why on TV do they talk with the fecking mobile phones at their mouths....tis wanky and stoopid. Is it a Londion thing? I had a meeting with an architect in London once and he did that too.

I've just put DD back down for a nap ....for a change I put some tiny pieces of banana in with her weetabix (she loves banana) and she whinged all the way through eating it ....every mouthful - so I gave up and put her back to bed .

Knackered today.....not cos of DD....was up late watching you've been fired / hired....

andiem · 12/06/2008 08:31

I only watched the final and then went to bed norty

LittleMissNorty · 12/06/2008 08:33

That's what I should have done Andie....

HollyPutTheKettleOn · 12/06/2008 08:38

Monring everyone!

Soz I went on a night out and didn't come back. Been super busy here and have been trying to change email addresses and set up one that works with my BlackBerry. Finally got a Yahoo one. My new address is hollywickedcool at yahoo.co.uk.

Had a great time on saturday night. It was lovely just to sit with my friends and chat and not feel like a dowdy old mum! I was home by 12.30 though, so I didn't have much of a hangover!

Happy birthday to trace's and fairy's dcs. Hope you had great days. I see BZ's dd is today. If you are lurking my dear, have a wicked cool day x

Apprentice...who'd have thunk it? I thought it was going to be Alex or Claire, not Lee! He is a tosser! I know a million people like him, smarmy, bullshitting, cheap used car salesmen...I thought Sir Alan would have seen through that...obviously not!

I haven't really caught up, so hope everyone is ok.

Daisy, I've got your email...am just about to reply x

lackaDAISYcal · 12/06/2008 10:04

Happy Birthday to Zelda's DD

hey holly...we thought you were still out drinking

I watched the later prentice progs as well so am slightly bleary eyed as well this morning. DD has taken over from the jamley on the early rises......5 this morning

My house is a tip so I need to get tidied before DH comes home this evening. and in spite of the fact that the laundry has been lying folded in the basket for over a week, it hasn't put itself away yet...the bloody nerve of it

DD being a grump this morning. She managed to climb onto the sofa yesterday, but isn't managing today and is geting very cross. She has found a sheet of little stickers though and that is keeping her occupied trying to pick them off.

feck she's eating them now

OP posts:
foxythesnowfox · 12/06/2008 10:09

I think my nips are going to fall off. DD only stopped yelling through the night when she had them in her mouth. Ouch!

Happy Birthday BZ DD . Hope you have a lovely day xx

Righto, time to get busy ... Daisy I'm not going out today, and I'm away tomorrow, but I'll get that book to you.

Shite. Its Fathers Day on Sunday.

andiem · 12/06/2008 10:30

Daisy - I got a 'Good Housekeeping' apron in the post today. Bet you're !

foxythesnowfox · 12/06/2008 10:51

Hi MHC! Good to 'see' you again.

How lovely to have chicks! That must be very exciting.

What do you think this extended night feeding is all about then? I'm going to start back on the 'more milk' tincture and tea.

Although I have been watching my diet this week, and according to my brand new scales I've lost 5 pounds since Saturday I've been watching what I eat (but keeping it healthy and decent sized portions) and had a lot of my hair cut off. Wonder if it has affected my milk. Not the hair cut, the lack of cake and biscuits.

andiem · 12/06/2008 11:05

not sure foxy ds2 had a night on mon when he fed 4x in the night but he hadn't eaten much tea so my plan is lots of food at tea time
last night he had pasta veges youghurt and he only woke once
he is in for a shock when I stop in the next few weeks though but I am going to take it slowly

mhc the chicks must be so exciting we eat loads of eggs but no way would dh have chickens
my book is a very boring text book but it will provide me with some income of my own

foxythesnowfox · 12/06/2008 11:21

yes, I'm upping LOs food in the day, she's a grazer so I'm just going to keep a steady stream of snacks coming I think
