Found you!

Don't worry about the ball Daisy.

lackaDAISYcal · 11/06/2008 10:59

yay, I'm not all alone

I've just been stressing on my AN thread about the baby moving. I had been feeling quite a bit, but have just realised I can't remember the last time I actually felt anything. I know it's still ealry days for consistent movement (am 19 weeks tomorrow) and that I've probably just been too busy and haven't noticed anything, but am worrying myself silly. Not got another AN appointment till my scan on the 23rd and then it's the end of July for the MW. Not sure whether to call her or not and see if she will see me sooner for a quick listen in or whether I'm just being neurotic. you'd think it'd get easier.

lol mh...I've just had some diet coke and then boom

yay for your wee chick I saw your thread in chicken keepers about it. Would love chickens, but DH, as usual, says NO. One day, one day when we have moved to rural lincolnshire because he can't get a job locally.

Gaaaaah DD is awake already. She's only been down for three quarters of an hour. Oh, she might be settling again.

Sputnik · 11/06/2008 11:33

Was about to suggest the coffe/chocolate lie down approach Daisy. Actually, could do with some of that myself As you said though it really is early days, try not to worry.

Love the thread title My DS's variation on this would be "i am cruising, I am cruising, giggle whinge, now I'm on my bum. I am cruising.... (repeat all day)

oh took me a little while to find the thread

Daisy, I use to run to the mw all the time during my last pg as I used to panic about not feeling the baby - some benefits of working in a hospital - they never minded either

Told my boss this morning....he was a bit taken aback, and then said congratualtions (MIL however said "OH NO" (due to op being cancelled tho I hope/think) )

lackaDAISYcal · 11/06/2008 11:47

lol Norty, at least she is concerned about your health. My dragon mother-in-law's first reaction was "I can't have six grandchildren"

lol at Hairy Hclary mhc . Those are my favourite kiddies books, Slinky Salinky being my absolute favourite, although Hairy Mclary and Zachary Quack is really sweet.

OP posts:
LittleMissNorty · 11/06/2008 11:53

Peoples reactions to pg news are very funny sometimes. I can't have 6 gradchildren....WTF

We like Hairy McLairy in our house too

Sputnik · 11/06/2008 11:54

MHC are the chickens inside all the time?
I quite like the idea, mostly cos we eat a tonne of eggs) but they would get lost/eaten immediately here (I've had chickens before, but in aother house).

lackaDAISYcal · 11/06/2008 12:00

i know norty...I felt like saying "oh well, you can just pretend this one doesn't exist". She spent all of Sunday fawning over the twins, and hardly said a word to the birthday girl . She even took them out in their pram for over an hour andn when she got back she complained because the chicken portions we had saved for her still had the skin on

Oh, don't get me started!!!

OP posts:
Sputnik · 11/06/2008 12:00

Actually I think I know how I posted on the full thread, but I am not telling!
[polishes aura of mystery]

lackaDAISYcal · 11/06/2008 12:01

well next time, link the bloody new one

OP posts:
LittleMissNorty · 11/06/2008 12:02

that sort of favouritism really gets my goat.

Don't get me started.....I'm at work and supposed to be doing some

Sputnik · 11/06/2008 12:14

Well next time i will ensure I have had enough sleep to notice we need a new one!

lackaDAISYcal · 11/06/2008 12:21

lol sputnik....me too

wasn't last night any better then? I'm joining you with the bleary eyes today, and should be taking the opportunity to nap whilst DD is, but nooooooo I'm gadding around cyberspace instead

Seansgirlthesequel · 11/06/2008 13:02
