£2?

I'll let you know Bumper, but I think it's unlikely that we'll be coming. DH is going to let his friends make the decision, so you never know....

I've already spoken to my bf about tomorrow and she'd rather postpone as she's worried about her lo getting it.

I'm off to bed. N'night everyone

Sputnik · 07/02/2008 21:13

A fiver?
Free?

Sputnik · 07/02/2008 21:14

Wishing you a poo-free day FF

BumperliciousIsOneHotMother · 07/02/2008 21:15

Not quite fairy, but £1.30 though! £1.30?? For a banana?

Hope you do decide to come, and hope DS is better. fair enough letting DH's friend decide though. DH had D&V a while back and neither DD or I got it so I wouldn't be worried

FairyFay · 07/02/2008 21:16

£1.30 for a banana, that's ridiculous!

Sputnik · 07/02/2008 21:16

Daisy, we now have 2 Tripp Trapps, they're a bit cheaper here for some reason.
this is us

FairyFay · 07/02/2008 21:17

Bumper, if we don't make it this weekend then we'll re-arrange for a few weeks time. I'll email you. Really must go....

Sputnik · 07/02/2008 21:17

I'm off too, see ya

Sputnik · 07/02/2008 21:21

There you go, fewer than 100 bananas for a Tripp Trapp. Bumper, you need a bit of forward planning and one of these
Right really off now

Sputnik · 07/02/2008 21:22

(My mum bought it for me, yr'honour)

LardyMardyDaisy · 07/02/2008 21:24

Wow, Sputnik, your diet is obviously going to plan, you look fabulous darlink

bumper, i that situation I would've ordered a sandwich and given DD some of it. she loves little finger sarnies, with cheese, philly, tuna or ham...or even just butter, whcih she eats for brekkie sometimes as she doesn't like toast.

BumperliciousIsOneHotMother · 07/02/2008 21:24

Funnily enough I just got one of those off ebay sputnik. I just forgot to take anything today [disorganised mum icon]. Won't be doing that again

LardyMardyDaisy · 07/02/2008 21:26

lol sputnik...and if you get fed up eating bananas..........

OP posts:
BumperliciousIsOneHotMother · 07/02/2008 21:32

I thought banana would be the cheaper option (didn't realise till I got the bill). I refused to pay 70p for 1 slice of toast, and I refused to share any of my apple pie with her

Urgh, I've got to go into work tomorrow to find a new job. Urgh. What the hell am I going to wear for a start? Wish me luck anyway.

Anyway lovely ladies, I'm going back to my knitting (don't laugh!). G'night x

justbeme · 07/02/2008 21:33

well off out for lunch today and then swimming this pm so hopefully catch up later has taken me ages to read new thread

milkyJammy · 08/02/2008 10:16

Morning.

Somebody help me, I've got a bad dose of cabin fever! Apart from having to go to work on Mon/Tues, I haven't felt up to going out this work. Every time I move I get a serious coughing fit. We missed 2 baby groups this week, and I've had to pass on Rhyme Time this morning, as while I might make it as far as the library, it wouldn't be fair to sit and wheeze, cough, splutter, sneeze and continually blow one's nose through a story and singing session. No one would hear and think of all the germs! Might try a little walk out round the block this afternoon, but am really fed up and have such a bad headache and am generally miserable now.

FairyFay · 08/02/2008 10:17

Hi everyone

Weekend plans definitely cancelled as DS is still pooing all the time and DH's friends lo is struggling to put on weight so they definitely don't want to risk a dodgy tummy . Sorry Bumper, I ws looking forward to seeing you and DD.

Andiem, I'm hoping he'll be ok for Monday. I'll text you on Sunday if he's still unwell.

Quiet day for me today as DD is at childminder, although DS is very clingy as he's obviously not feeling 100% so I doubt I'll get much done - it might be a case of tv and cups of tea, bliss......

FairyFay · 08/02/2008 10:19

Jammy, it sounds as if you are really suffering. Is it worth a trip to the docs, in case you have a chest infection or something?

LardyMardyDaisy · 08/02/2008 10:20

quick hello from me as we're off out to M&B group.

forcing myself to go as i find it all a bit challenging.

dd loves it though.
