Well, the fever has gone down but it's still sore. I've had blocked ducts before but never fever. I've been trying to feed as much as possible, but it's still blocked. Bugger, will try having a bath tonight.

Mastitis/blocked ducts sounds nasty Sputnik. Hope you and Holly get nice long soaks in your respective baths to help make you feel better.

We've just had a nice trip out. Lunch with a friend, then watching the ducks, swans, moorhens et al on the river, then picking up cheap cake from Waitrose on the way home

well, yes builders are well and truely here, messing up my life - i'm struggling to cope with the mess and grime.
I have been going to body pump and combat and have managed to lose 1/2 stone so far so well chuffed at that.
Have (almost) stopped breast feeding Abbie now, still just a wee sneeky one here and there every couple of days or so!
We off skiing in 3 weeks and i can't wait - really need a holiday as it's getting way too foggy here again!
any major gossip i've missed from here?
