SPB, did you manage to find carrots??? I order them weekly, so they must be on there

Dippy, what a cheek re your boss. Totally out of order.

Hi MJ. Typical man eh! Dh is complaining he feels chilled - perhaps he should get up off his arse and run around hanging washing out, and doing the mile of ironing - and yes, that is mile and not pile!

PillockOfTheCommunity · 06/02/2008 20:40

CaptainDippy · 06/02/2008 20:44

I'm glad you guys think my (ex) boss is as out of order as I think she is ... She said ti because they would effetively be paying me a lot of money for a couple of hours work - fair do's; but that doesn't take into account the fact that I worked for them for nearly two years on an absolute JOKE of a wage ... Grrrr!

CaptainDippy · 06/02/2008 20:44

PillockOfTheCommunity · 06/02/2008 20:45

Well today was a funny day for him, he fell asleep at 10.30am and slept for an hour when normally he doesnt sleep til about 12. He also bf abit more than normal and because he was tired around 4 he fed for longer and didnt get bored with my slow flow boobs like he normally does so was ok. He still had a couple of nibbly bits while I was cooking but not as much as normal. Did nt feel the need to give him a bottle today. Hoping this might carry on

geordiemacminx · 06/02/2008 21:03

CaptainDippy · 06/02/2008 21:07

Evening GMM - how's it going honey??

WestCountryLass · 06/02/2008 21:10

OMG! Complete nightmare of a day. Leo woke frequently in the night, shrieking and needing a cuddle, he eventually fell asleep on me. I took him to the Drs and he has another ear infection and a chest infection so another does of ABs and I managed to beg some paracetamol suppositoriesm as he hates Calpol. From when he got up this morning he has cried all day and when I say all day I really do mean all day. He has had half a jar of food and refused even his favourite nibbles.

Off to destress watching Kevin.... Wine? Wine? I need vodka!

CaptainDippy · 06/02/2008 21:15

Shit WCL - sounds like an absolute PIG of a day - go on, have the Vodka - you know you want to!

runnyhabbit · 06/02/2008 21:17

Have added some more pics of the tip bathroom. Bet you'll all be glad when its done

wo you should be able to see the pics now
wcl thats just how W has been, except he didn't actually have an infection iyswim. Just a nasty viral thing. Thankfully he's on the mend now.

Omg - dh has just asked me where the dads section is Might have to change my name, lol

WestCountryLass · 06/02/2008 21:18

Poor love hardly ever cries so I knew he wasn't right. He wanted to be carried/cuddled all day but with 2 other kids and a friend back for tea it wasn't possible and I hate having to leave them to cry

At tea time I strapped him into the high chair and he threw up on the tray and was just sat there screaming whilst I wiped him down, scooped up the puke and carried on dishing up the tea

WestCountryLass · 06/02/2008 21:19

RH, how long did it last for???? Hope W is better as this is hell on Earth!

Sexonlegs · 06/02/2008 21:22

Oh God WCL, you sound at the end of your tether. Poor L. Hope it passes soon.

So many poorly babes atm.

Hi GMM.

weeonion · 06/02/2008 21:27

oh poor L and you WCL. you must be knackered.

runny - lordy! how the heck are you managing with that!

CaptainDippy · 06/02/2008 21:28

Sounds just my house, WCL - tis horrid xx

StealthPolarBear · 06/02/2008 21:37

so horrible WCL, is he asleep now?
Hope he's better tomorrow?
elkie (as I assume you'll be around later) you never did answer me about how you stay up so late but do so much during the day!! I'd be lying on the sofa half asleep and pinning T down by the sleepsuit foot to stop him getting into too much trouble.
Off to bed in a sec unless the tesco site recovers, good night everyone if I don't come back

StealthPolarBear · 06/02/2008 21:39

runny, meant to say we're getting our bathroom done next week, hoping desperaterly it isn't a nightmare!
