Hello Foxy! Just checking in.
Poor Norty I really do feel for you

Foxy we had a good time, we ate LOADS (oops sorry WW) and then we took LO's out round the fields which were totally sodden. Little Bumper was in the sling but DS was in the buggy, it was somewhat entertaining. And in a fit of wisdom I went out in a long white coat, nice one!

Bumper has a lovely black eye and Bumpers DH is lovely, I really liked him.
My DH had fun too and we plan to hook up again soon!

HellHathNoFury · 02/02/2008 19:34

speaking of which Foxy I am still up for catching up with you sometime soon if you are?

milkyJammy · 02/02/2008 19:35

I'm really sad that we missed out Fury

FairyFay · 02/02/2008 19:35

Sounds like you had a great time Fury

foxythesnowman · 02/02/2008 19:35

Oh yes, for sure!

HellHathNoFury · 02/02/2008 19:37

there will be another time Jammy and hopefully none of us will be sick! (although in these times that would be a miracle I know)

milkyJammy · 02/02/2008 19:40

Hope so Fury.

Yay! We do have lager. And I found a pack someone bought us of ice-your-own gingerbread men. So i have just "tastefully" decorated them up ready to have as pudding.

FairyFay · 02/02/2008 19:40

Ah yes Foxy, we still need to arrange another visit to Eddie Katz - hopefully before Annobal goes away?

foxythesnowman · 02/02/2008 19:45

After half-term?

Crikey, all my children are sleeping. Even the Amazing Non-Sleeping Baby Who Only Sleeps When I Do And Then Feeds the Entire Time.

I meant to put Persuasion on, but hit the wrong channel and got drawn into Coleen's Real Women I'm a sucker for a reality make-over show.

annobal · 02/02/2008 19:48

Ooh, yes please. Would anyone be up for a Covent Garden meet up? We don't have a car anymore so getting to Putney might be a bit difficult - actually could probably train - possibly quicker than driving, will investigate...

FairyFay · 02/02/2008 19:49

After half-term would be great for me.

I'm watching coleen too

Dh has just texted me about a millio times, from what I can work out (and they don't make much sense), he's quite pleased that wales won (understatement), he's trolleyed, he's on his way home and he has pizza

FairyFay · 02/02/2008 19:51

I could do covent garden

foxythesnowman · 02/02/2008 20:01

Up Town?

annobal · 02/02/2008 20:09

LOL Fairy. After half term works for me too.
LOL Foxy. I could do Putney - I think it is quicker than driving. But Covent Garden is so much fun.

Glad you had a good day Fury - sounds lovely.

foxythesnowman · 02/02/2008 20:16

I have a mental block about going into town by train, and I think it stems from Clapham Junction being so crap for travelling with children and babies in buggies.

It really scares me . If I agreed to go tonight, I would stress about it until it was over. Even getting back and DD not slipping inbetween the massive gap from train to platform and ending up under the train .... oh I don't think I could!

I'd go by myself (with a slight apprehension), but not comfortable with the lo's. I spent years Up West, working, clubbing etc. Now I'm freaking out that I'm freaking out.

FairyFay · 02/02/2008 20:17

sounds safer to do putney then foxy

foxythesnowman · 02/02/2008 20:22

There's another station nearby, I'll check it out. Don't want to be difficult!

annobal · 02/02/2008 20:25

Please don't stress Foxy - I can come to Putney, Wandsworth etc - all easy from Waterloo aren't they?

milkyJammy · 02/02/2008 20:25

OK I'm going. Night all.

annobal · 02/02/2008 20:27

Nite Jammy. Enjoy your ale and gingerbread

FairyFay · 02/02/2008 20:30

Good night Jammy

Ugh, I've eaten too many chips

foxythesnowman · 02/02/2008 20:30

'cept for Clapham Junction SCARRRRY!!!

annobal · 02/02/2008 20:32

LOL Foxy.

Ooh, just remembered ice cream in freezer...

Going to lose the pooter now to dh. Night all!

foxythesnowman · 02/02/2008 20:36

I'm off too. Night Annobal, night Jammy, night Fairy, night all.

Sorry for being pathetic! Am tired, ill and on my own which always makes me a bit wobbly!

xx

annobal · 02/02/2008 20:41

Have a good sleep, hope you feel better tomorrow

Am really off now...
