Hi everyone

got back from paris last week but dh was still off work so hadnt looked at mn as we were always busy doing something.
Have tried to read through the posts as best i can

Babies all sound like theyre getting on so well, so much change.
All pics are fab and hc - wow, well done, you must be so proud of yourself

charlotte is getting on great, walking all the time now, hardly crawls, still loses her balance from time to time though.
just got her 6th tooth through and i think maybe more as her bum is v.sore and red at the moment.
Tantrums are starting here, dd gets v.annoyed if she cant do something and just whinges if i dare to go into any shop, had huge screaming fit in tesco yesterday, tried to just ignore her but got lots of looks from people, aarrgg!!!

Holiday was fab and lovely and relaxing, quality couple time. Missed charlotte so much and was glad to be back with her, my mum loved having charlotte and they had a great time, my mum cried when she had to leave.

Ate quite well on holiday and did loads of walking so only put on 1lb, but ate rubbish since ive come back and not been to the gym once so probably put on more weight
Having an indian tonight then back on track tomorrow and going to the gym tomrrow night

Have a nice night everyone xx

Evening Ladies

HC - you look fab!!! Well done! & Gorg pix of Soph!

Sorry about your purse Pretty. Finger's crossed someone hands it in...

Hi Mrs Pavlov! Welcome back. Pavlette sounds like she's coming on a storm!

Welcome back CB! Fab pix - Josh is to die for. Sorry the hols weren't the best ever but looks like Josh had a whale of a time!

Hope you're feeling better Spin.

Gorg pix too Lysette! Jacob looks so grown up! Lovely dark eyes too...

Can't see your new pix on Facebook Mae....

Glad you had a great time Bead! Ahhhh about your mum crying when she had to be parted from Charlotte - bless!

Well it was panic stations in the Impy casa yesterday - Ry managed to get my vitamin box down from the table, open it, pull out the foil backed sheets, open one and eat it...!!! I ran down to the pharmacist with the box and he reassured me that just one would be ok. These things always seem to happen when dp's away! Anyway, it was an eye-opener for me - going to have to lock anything dodgey way out of reach. He can climb up on chairs now - so putting things high up is no longer safe.

Anyway, apart from that, all fine. Ryan keeps giving me these ridiculously cute kisses and cuddles. He lunges towards me with his mouth wide open and puts his hands on either side of my head. Though there's always the fear that he's gonna bite a lump out of my chin.....

Have a good evening. Impy xxx

jacobandlysette · 03/10/2007 10:40

aaah impy jacob does the same thing but frequently does take a lump out of my chin / cheek / nose..... he is getting better though!

thanks for all the lovely things about the pix! he is going to be a little heartbreaker i think when he's older [very very very biased mummy emoticon]! hopefully the next one will have the smae colouring and josh is so dark that it's very likely, so that's all good! although if it's a girl i can see josh being armed with a shotgun all her life

spin well done to R - jacob still can't manage a whole sandwich - but he gets bored before he gets full. he is doing better though - had a whole weetbix with half a slice of toast for breakfast before he got bored! and actually ate some apple from his own hands yesterday (he seems to enjoy holding toast and chicken but everything else just gets looked at and then dropped).

he's also really started dancing! we were at a cafe having breakfast this morning and they hav kiss fm on and he was jigging around in his chair! bless

and bloss so pleased to hear the crown is perched back in its rightful place note to self - must try more adventurous things for jacob to eat.

xxx

Hi Girls,
Hope you're all ok,
just a quickie, as I'm skiving off in a mo! (Big surprise there)

Kayley had her appt yesterday at the allergy clinic. More cream, and they're getting her a wet wrap to sleep in so she can't scratch and the moisture stays in. Also going on a soft water trial.
Otherwise she's good, not waking so much, still at least twice though.
Joey didn't want to go to playgroup yesterday, well, once we got there, he didn't want to go in, so I just handed him over and left (with a tear in my eye ) He was ROARing crying. But when I went to pick him up he saw me and said 'Where's dada?'. They said he got on fine though, didn't cry after I'd gone, and even played with the other kids better.
And, strangely, since yesterday, 'I don't like Dinosaurs', he seems quite scared of them now. Strange...

Lysette, Jacob is just gorgeous!

Impy, glad Ry's ok, love all them cuddles and kisses!!!

CB, also gorgeous Josh!!!

Bloss, hugs.
HC you look fab
KZ, well done Roshi
Pavlov, CONGRATS! And welcome back

HI everyone else, off now til MOnday, with bessie mate over from Ireland for the weekend so LOTS of wine!!! And food....

ceebee74 · 03/10/2007 18:52

Lysette - lol, I read your last post and sat for about 10 minutes wondering why you thought my DS would be wandering round with a shotgun - then I eventually realised that your DH must be called Josh?? In which case it makes sense

Annie - have a fab ol' weekend and enjoy the booze, booze and more booze.

Spin - well done R . When you say a whole sandwich, do you mean 2 full slices of bread and filling?

Impy - how frightening for you but glad Ry is ok. It is amazing what they can reach when they want to isn't it?

Hope everyone else is ok. Got a team away day (well, morning) tomorrow - can't wait ! Particularly as I am not in a 'loving' mood about work at the moment so I may not be in the best frame of mind....but the buffets are yummy so I will just dream away the morning until lunch time

TheGoddessBlossom · 03/10/2007 20:10

Good day again today, very busy. Retail therapy in Primark this morning with some friends and just T as H at school, then legged it to get H, dress both boys in their finery, ooooh Toby just looked edible, god I just think he is the cutest thing ever, then off to a photo shoot we'd booked for them, they were hilarious, then straight onto a friend's for play tea and bath, home and straight to bed for the pair of them.

Have just done all my Xmas shopping for the kids we know online at ELC, if you do it before the end of tonight and type in THANKS in the promo code place at checkout you get 20% off.... quick! Saved me £30!!

Oh and forgot to say, have had all my hair cut off! Looks the bollocks. and with all my stress recently have lost half a stone and now weight 8 12!!!! Haven't been that light since I was about 18!!!

Drinking wine, off to watch Torn in a bit, much happier, and really appreciate your support girls.

Lysette, try this mushroom courgette omelette type thing, H even ate the rest of it in his packed lunch at school today!

Morning all

Have given in and bought some cruising shoes to try and get the lazy madam to walk. Went to get her measured and she is only size 1 and the smallest the shop did was a size 2E so that is what she has-loads of spare room and she can't get them off

Feeling crap again today-this cold bug is going round the HC household in vicious circles.

It is Harvest Festival at the school tomorrow so me, mum and MIL are all going to church at 10am with the school children for a service-should be nice.

Have a good day all.

OK so I did it properly this time and actually uploaded the photos to facebook, rather than just thought I did. There are 2 from our summer holiday (old, but I like them ) and a couple from the weekend - he looks like such a toddler now .

pictures of all the babies! WOW they are just so gorgeous aren;t they?
I have not really caught up properly, its going to take me ages, but in the meantime, here are a couple of Bella Kitten.

it works, its been a while

PavlovtheWitchesCat · 04/10/2007 21:51

doh did not add the link!

kbaby · 04/10/2007 22:20

Sorry for the random message. Its always the same if I don?t catch up with you all for a while.

HC- Sophie looks so much like you. I make DD wear a tea towel tucked into her t shirt at lunch times. In all fairness to her she is normally clean whereas DS is the grubbiest baby ever and its hard to find a clean looking picture of him. Your weightloss is incredible. You should be so proud of yourself. You look so much younger and sassier.

SSS- She looks so much older than 15 months old.

Ds is still in some 6-9 month trousers but has finally grown out of the tops. 12-18 month are still too big for him. Im fed up of seeing the same outfits all the time. Think he weighs about 25lb

Had some good news as my friend just found out she is preg after her 1st IVF attempt today and also my other friend is due this week with her 2nd baby, her first is 15 months old. I just cant imagine having a new born baby and DS at this age.

Bloss- sorry but pmsl at your poo story. Your posts always cheer me up. Your sah mummy life is how I always dreamed it would be ie meeting friends, having play dates doing fun things and cooking healthy food. In comparison most of my friends with children work or are busy, I always seem to be tidying and cooking is whatever is quickest and easiest. You really do a good job and deserve your title.

Hello pav make sure you pop back in soon.
Gorgeous pictures of Josh and Jacob they look scrumptious

DD off nursery today and tomorrow as someone left a tap on and its flooded.

KBaby - thankyou for your kind words. I would be seriously narked if H couldn't go to pre-school because of that! How annoying!

We had our last "Little Explorers" woos adventure yestereday afternoon, they are so good, I shall miss going to them, H is such a teaches pet it is hilarious. He's always the first to volunteer to be ananimal/cul u like a hedgehog/jump around like a squirrel/had the biscuits around, it's so funny. It got quite challenging tking Toby, he just wants to practice his walking all the time, and won't sit in the buggy which is fair enough, but god he gets filthy! Bought his first pair of shoes yesterday little brown boots things, so cute. Glad I went in because I had him in H's first shoes thinking I hope they are not too big and hindering his walking, and he measured size bigger! Don't know why I am surprised, he is bigger in every respect!

Got offered a job at my old company, really good money, but the only options were 5 mornings a week or 5 afternoons. Not really what I'm looking for, you'd still feel like you were doing a full week I think! Plus it was customer care, and when you are used to flogging and running, cleaning up the mess afterwards doesn't sound that attractive TBH!

Anyhoo, shows there are jobs to be had, we will see.

Christenng to go to tomorrow (I know on a Saturd ) and then DH fishing all day Sunday. Got told off this week, apparently I am nice to everyone else and h orrible to him. .......whatever.....

Bloss.

bloss know what you mean - i got told off for apparently lecturing dh in front of other people.....

went to a birthday party yesterday and jacob was standing up all over the place! there were mostly girls and their mums there and only the dad of the birthday girl and a good friend of his, and jacob wouldn't leave them alone! it was hilarious - he was wrestling with them, playing and just generally standing and staring . although the little flirt duly flashed his eyes and smile at all the mums so they were cooing over him too

ceebee - yes dh is josh too - sorry for confusing!

jacob and i are sporting lovely matching little scratch marks as he needs declawig so often now - he's scratched me all over my nose [owwww emoticon]

off to mother and toddler group this morning - havne't been for 2 weeks because of stomach bug so hope we haven't lost our place - must remember to take money along to pay!

dh off to cardiff tomorrow for tyhe rugby - they are getting their "land bus" to bring them back so they will be back at about 4am, very drunk too....

mistypeaks · 05/10/2007 09:39

hi guys (gals). Haven't been on for aaaaaaaages. Hope you're all ok and surviving. Can't believe how quickly los are growing. dd2 is still teeny tiny, but my gosh she's tough as nails!! think she should have beeb a boy!!

FirstAtForty · 05/10/2007 10:54

Hi Girls
Just got back from 10 days away, travelling around with the parents. Emma being thoroughly spoilt, etc etc. Need another holiday now though!

Emma's still not quite walking, but cruising extremely confidently and into her second pair of shoes (size 3 - look so huge!)
