LeBe i just looked at your profile! (you look nothing like i thought you would!)

I love the hair picture, Harry's is like that constantly what ever i do, everybody comments on his wild mane!

I am currently getting round to getting off my ass and getting the photos i took of the boys when we were in hospital on my profile.

LeBe · 11/05/2007 22:11

Im getting worried now cos when Sara saw my pictures she said I wasnt a hairy trucker as though she was expecting me to be and now you've said that, what was you expecting me to look like??

Charleesunnysunsun · 11/05/2007 22:14

No for some reaosn i was expecting you to be older than you look (no offece!)

Not sure where the hairy trucker thing came from!

Don't worry everyone i meet thinks i look about 14 and my kids are my brothers!

LeBe · 11/05/2007 22:19

Thats a good thing Charlee I used to get, but I am only 23 although I feel about 90 most days, to be honest ive just looked at the photo again and i do look different, like I said i was caught of guard and had no make up on (it is my best friend these days)Just gonna put the one of my belly on, wonder if anyone thinks I was big cos never really had anyone to compare too?

saralou100 · 11/05/2007 22:56

didn't you know lebe, their are no women on mn, just hairy truckers ... it's a joke

LeBe · 11/05/2007 23:05

Oh sorry didnt know that, now I understand (sort of) so ive been talking to a load of men about stretchmarks and sore nipples!!!!

saralou100 · 11/05/2007 23:08

thats it exactly.. lol!

we're all just hairy truckers getting our kicks

it's sad, i know, lol [wik]

saralou100 · 11/05/2007 23:09

try again...

mygirllollipop · 12/05/2007 07:28

Hey LeBe - if you've not ventured out of the ante/post-natal sections you couldn't be expected to know that everyone on MN is a pervy hairy knuckled trucker called Dave or Stu!
DD4 is being clingy though she did have a jab on Tues. DD3 has woke up early the past three days waking DD4 so I am knackered. DH has an exam on Weds so I'm doing all the housework and childcare while he revises - did I say I was cream crackered?
DD1 has a walker can't remember about DD2 but DD3 didn't? At least I think DD1 did (it was only 8years ago - is my memeory that bad?). The only reason I didn't like them was because there was a little step in my house at the time so it wasn't an option for when I wanted the loo/to cook or do anything else out of the room. And the only other thing was that it made them more advanced in terms of what they could reach so I had to move everything! We had a door bouncer too but that went missing so we've bought a new one for DD4 in the hope that it will strenghen her feet into going into the right position.
Well you'll be bored reading anymore so good morning.

mygirllollipop · 12/05/2007 07:50

Oh how we laughed when DD3 wore TWO pairs of knickers the other day. Oh how when I went to put a nappy on before bed last night she was wearing FIVE paris of DD2 "knick knicks" and insisted I put them ALL back on on topp of the nappy!

LeBe · 12/05/2007 12:10

Well I have been on the some other threads but never heard abouy hairy truckers, oh im so out the loop .

Ds had 2 yougurts for breakfast so looks like he is back on track.

Hope everyone elses babies are feeling better!

saralou100 · 12/05/2007 14:20

phew... thank god mygirl came to back me up... i wasn't feeling very funny anymore!! love that, dd3 wearing all those knicks!! must have been a funny sight

ds1 cracks us up by insisting on wearing his baseball cap either sideways or back to front, skaterboy styleeeeeeeee.... kids are weird sometimes!!

just got back from doing mile for maude... we walked along boscombe beach front... very windy and now need to stick us all in the bath to get the sand out of us... fun though!!

podglet · 12/05/2007 16:08

I didn't do the mile for maude - nobody emailed me about the Colchester one

Lebe, what a lovely neat little bump you had. I looked like that at 5 months pg DS was a big lad though and I had approx 3 litres of water - I looked the size of a small family hatchback

DS refused his tea point blank last night but so far today has polished off his breakfast and all his lunch so is making up for it!

podglet · 12/05/2007 16:09

ROFL at mygirls DD in many pants

mygirllollipop · 12/05/2007 18:35

We done a mini MfM just us, as ours got cancelled as there wasn't interest.
Gonna get the photos up all the same.
Wish I still lived up north and could do it on my beach - what I would do for some sand in the wrong places!!

debbsyandsonn · 12/05/2007 19:48

im back

saralou100 · 12/05/2007 19:49

i need to exercise my brain, desperately... their was a question on tv the other day... really easy, should have known the answer yet i didn't!!! my mind is mush... must get out my text books before i go back!!!

LeBe · 12/05/2007 22:12

Ah Saralou you have what I have now named 'baby brain'. I have warned all my nearest and dearest of this condition, so last week when I got all the way to town and had forgot my purse and then went swimming and forgot my costume (even tho i didnt actually it was hiding in a corner of my bag) and then went on about taking some trousers back and actually walked into the shop with the reciept in hand and didnt even have the trousers, they didnt bat an eyelid!
and as for questions, anything other than Deal or no deal? and im buggered!!

mygirllollipop · 13/05/2007 08:41

Yes baby brain is a well documented condition, from which I have been suffering from for approx 8-9yrs, there is truely no hope of recovery for me is there?
I knew my last line would be taken the wrong way but I couldn't be bothered to change it, well more like I couldn't be bothered to think of something else to change it to!
I might actually get a book finished today only about 20 pages left and I've been trying to read it since Jan/Feb!

Charleesunnysunsun · 13/05/2007 20:08

I have had such a shitty day.

Sorry i haven't checked through the thread to reply to each of your posts but i feel rubbish.

I wwoke up ready to do my garening which i had planned out and then go to the local country fair that was on, 5 mins after we left the gouse it started pissing down with rain.
Ok so thats not anyones fault but still it pissed me off.

So i decided to ring the tax credits as we recieved jacks disability living allowence forms yesterday and i got a right spitefull cow on the phone who said.

'what rate DLA has he been awarded?'

me - 'higher'

'oh you do know that only SEVERLEY disabled children get higher' (said in a exagerated way.

me - 'yes he's very porley he has cystic fibrosis'

'so why are you only declaring this now?'

me - 'i only got the forms through today saying he was entitled to it'

'but it says on our records hes 2 and your telling me he has suddenly become handicspped and suddenly gets dla?'

me - Im sorry i don't like your tone i will get my partner to phone with the details. SLAM as i hang up!

The cheeky bitch if i had caught her name i would have complained but i didn't.

So we decided to go for lunch in our local Italian with some friends and im my tax credits rage i forgot jack's medicine like an idiot so half way through lucnh he gets a bad tummy ache and promptly had dioreah which leaks strieght through the nappy onto the floor! I was mortified!

Since then i have just been so wound up i have cried and cried.

I can't cope today

Luckily i'm feeling a little calmer now after a nice bath.

I just really need a break for a while, i want to live a normal life just for a few days! Is that really to much to ask?

OP posts:
saralou100 · 13/05/2007 20:56

oh charlee... i'm angry for you.. how dare she!! i would complain anyway, they just can't speak to people like that!

things will get easier in time, it's just all so new at the moment.

would you like a ((((hug)))
