Happy birthday Simplyred Hope you had a lovely day.

Mummyhill, can you say hi to Wabbitt for me - I hope everything is ok with her.

And Hi to everyone else!

Nothing new over here except that I think I may have accidentally taught DS to sign 'poo'

jaamy · 29/11/2006 17:48

LOL mamama at your very clever little boy's signing ability!
SR - Happy Happy Birthday to you! Was Florence fabulous. Lucky old you being spoiled for your birthday. Hope you had a fab time. ANd well done to Rachel for walking. Has she been exhibiting her new found skill a bit more? A is the same. I know she CAN walk but often looks as if she's about to and then drops on to her kness and off she crawls...think they can get around quicker on all fours!
Mummyhill - hope you managed to get soe sleep.
Pooka - A has been due her MMR for about 2 months but always seem to have a cold or something so have been putting it off. Was thinking of taking her on 11th as would like to get it out of the way. Can't remember DD1 having any adverse reaction but doesn't mean that A won't.
I'm on antibs for this cold that has gone to my chest. Had to spaek sternly to DH last night for not looking after me - we mums always have to struggle on, don't we. So am expecting a bit more consideration
Hope everyone ok
26 sleeps til Christmas...

Seem to have not posted here for a while . Nothing too exciting happening really although will post somthing longer some time.

Nothing happening here but hello everyone.

jaamy · 02/12/2006 11:10

Hello all - not much happenig here either - calm before the storm.
Going shopping for christmas tree today and taking DDs to see Father Christmas. A will probably cry as she's not much in to strange men with white beards! Hoping J will love it! Lovely chrisp bright day here...perfect!
Managed to find a tickle me elmo for A for Christmas but suspect that DH and J will be fighting over it.

deckthehillswithboughsofmummy · 02/12/2006 11:44

Have kept the same christmas name as last year unless you can think of a better one for me.

simplyredbubbles · 02/12/2006 23:46

Hello!

Its me in my Christmas guise!!!

Simplyred · 04/12/2006 18:47

hello!

jaamybells · 04/12/2006 20:49

Hi SR !
You've lost your bubbles!
Tree bought and standing undecorated as yet in the conservatory but glitter everywhere from my attempt to get DDs to make decorations. How much glitter can a 1yo swallow before any bad side effects?
Hope everyone else getting in the festive mood

IdrisTheRedNosedReindeer · 05/12/2006 00:49

Why can't I sleep?

Probably because DH is away. But I'm also sure that as soon as my head hits the pillow that Alice will wake up....

Oh well, you have to don't you ?

jaamybells · 05/12/2006 07:29

Forgot to say - A wouldn't even look at Father Christmas - cried all the way through even though he was particularly lovely with the children!

deckthehillswithboughsofmummy · 05/12/2006 12:27

Hi all

My nan got take into hospital on Sunday they are running tests but seem fairly positive.

Had a diagrement with dh at 3am when I got in from work. He forgot that I was doing overtime and is now saying that I never told him about it in the first place.

I am trying to put up some xmas decs but am waiting for the arrival of my christmas tree.

deckthehillswithboughsofmummy · 07/12/2006 09:04

Morning all

Nan is moaning she wants to go home so she must be on the mend.

Natalie had her school Nativity yesterday and looked every bit the angel she was supposed to then came home and turned into a little demon!!!!!

Simplyred · 07/12/2006 20:27

Hello!!

I'm no longer bubbles as I set it up after two large glasses of wine and can't remember the password!

Funny how cute angels can become demons! I've seen that before!

We are getting Christmassy tomorrow!

deckthehillswithboughsofmummy · 09/12/2006 02:35

how about simplyredbaubles instead then?

mamama · 09/12/2006 02:52

Hello!

Nothing much to report really. DS had his 15 month check-up today and is still very little but doing well, apparently. He had a flu jab and was very brave - hardly a squeak from him until I got tried to put his snowsuit on. You'd have thought I was torturing him rather than trying to make sure he was warm enough!

Hope your nan is ok, mummyhill.

simplyredbaubles · 09/12/2006 09:45

There thats better!! Thanks Mummyhill - so much better now I'm sobber!

deckthehillswithboughsofmummy · 09/12/2006 09:46

Thanks mamama she sjould be ok but they are keeping her in to be on the safe side. We are going to try and get her to go stay with my aunt for a bit when she comes out but shje is very independant and will probably refuse.

simplyredbaubles · 09/12/2006 09:47

Mamma - wheres your Christmas name gone? have you got confused too?

christmamamas · 09/12/2006 19:47

Here's my festive name. I changed it back to my usual and was too lazy to redo it, but here I am!

Mummyhill - is Wabbit ok?

Have a lovely weekend, ladies.

simplyredbaubles · 09/12/2006 20:02
