emsie I didn't discover mn til L was about 2 months old so I wasn't on anything before then.
In Spain they're (total generalisation) paranoid about the meningitis jab causing autism and yet we get ours done without a second's thought, it all depends where you are! I waited til later just cos 13 months seems so little to be having 3 massive jabs.

Having gone to school abroad I rarely run into anyone from either of my schools. My roommate of 3 years visited in the summer and that was rubbish so can't imagine what it would be like meeting up with someone I didn't get on with!

well d is in bed after having to listed to f cry all the way through his wash and story, i went off to settle him twice and wind the mobile but every time d followed me and cried at the mobile music! f just had to cry in the end while i read and cuddled d, poor d! he seems to be asleep now and im not too stressed so all is well....................till later!!
kk i'll have a look at the dr brown bottles, i have had them recommended before, i remember you having that cure thing, what was it again, did it work. thanks for the advice, it will pass i know.................

Yes it's deep fried breaded escalope of chicken (or pork but chicken far more popular) topped with bechamel sauce then cheese. I don't deep fry mine, just do it in the oven. But in a restaurant or takeaway shope they're deep fried.

My tea tonight was lush - veggie pizza puffs (pizza but on puff pastry instead of pizza base) with homemade chips and coleslaw. Yummy.

Emsie I'm very of your dh leaving you on your own! My dh won't even take the boys to the park on his own, nevermind away overnight :( Like chul, the only night I have spent away from ds1 was the night I had ds2 in hospital. Other than that I have never spent a night away from them

tsc that pic you posted was hilarious. I really wanted to 'share' it but not sure my mother or fil would be very amused

I'm in the bloody hospital with E. She was screaming and distressed again this afternoon and was still like that when I brought her to the docs and they sent me straight to hospital. Got here and she was the same so they've taken bloods ( awful :( ) and an x ray on her tummy they think its bowel or tummy. She's had loose pale poos since saturday. God love her it's horrible seeing her in here and in pain. Then about 2 hours ago she perked up after pain relief so they're going to wait to see does she get bad again before doing abdominal scan. So we're being kept in for the night. E is fast asleep now and i'm looking at the mattress on the floor thinking it's going to be a long night! The poor little thing has a canula in her hand and all and i'm fighting back the tears all evening :(
Emsie I'm a hairdresser so i've set up a salon run from a salon in my house and it's going well :)

oh kk that sounds awful so scary for you. what kind of thing are the doctors thinking it might be?

They want to rule out introverted bowel or something like that its called. Where one part of the bowel goes into another and causes pain and then it pops out again and thats when they're ok. It ties in with how she has been the last 2 days but that would mean surgery I think so really hope it turns out to be something simple. It's just so hard to tell with them :(

kk thats awfull, i so hope things are ok. Not good that thay are going to wait to see if she gets bad again, poor E and poor you! How was the mattress, i bet you didnt get any sleep even if E did.
I have decided to come into the conservatory, its raining but i can hear the birds, its nice in here and i dont have to be paranoid about waking the house up. D is awake alreadt though, fingers crassed hes settled now!!

Thinking of you and little E kkfairy, no fun for you at all. Hope you managed to get some rest and that they work out what's wrong with her quickly! xx

Oh no kk how horrible for you both, how is she doing this morning?

D still waking at 6, is it fair for me to get up with him every morn leaving dh to lie in til 7:30, then I get one lie in a week at the weekend? I'd love to lie in to 7:30 every day!

ds1 was up 2am to 2.45am With his new-found 'I don't want to be in my bedroom/I don't want to be alone' routine I'm fucking sick of it. ds2 slept through bless him.

Oh no, kk. I hope she's better soon. Nights in hospital are horrible. Just be reassured though that it's normally worse for the parents and E is probably quite happy as long as you are there. I hope it's sorted quick and easy and without surgery!

Sorry I found that unposted,from last night. Well I had a,crap sleep but the little patient slept all night and is still asleep :) she woke briefly when they put the drip on her. Theres a baby next door screaming crying its awful the little thing must be in agony somewhere :( I really want to cuddle it
