Wow, 'tis quiet. Is everyone's NY resolution to spend less time on MN?
Anyway, Happy New Year to all and
for all the help and support you all have given me in the last year.
Things are going OK here. We are getting into a lovely little routine and enjoying family life. I have also started working a bit again here and there when I find a minute (self employed from home) so that's absolutely fantastic and much earlier than I would have thought it possible.
viks How are things with the boys? How did you get on the first time on your own? It's scary isn't it, but soon it will be so normal.
mlic How was E's first day?
woods I like the title.
dh Fantastic news about D staying in bed all night. I'm so pleased for you.
memph I know what you mean. Having other kids over means actually less work cos they occupy M. Sorry about L's sore bum. Poor little thing.
Quick question. How do you get your LOs to eat on their own? I always give M an extra bowl and encourage her to feed herself, be it with spoon or hands but she just isn't interested. She plays around a bit, then chucks most of it on the floor. She is happily eating though what I feed her. If I don't feed her and just say, get on with it yourself, she still won't do it, she'll just be very upset and cry.
She is able to use a spoon properly, she just isn't interested. Any tips?
Ooops, baby is up, gotta go.
