Oooooh, how exciting!!!!!!!!! If it gets going at home, can you still have a home-birth?

Just watching Jamie's 30 minute meals on catch-up. Those chocolate ganache thingys make me want to undo all the hard work of aerobics last night! Aching triceps today, got to be a good signGrin

stripeywoollenhat · 20/01/2011 14:42

how're things, hkz? you're home now?

pat, the sorer the better Grin i could barely walk for a week when i started this couch to 5k thing. the pain must mean something, surely....

hackneyzoo · 20/01/2011 15:43

Well still in hospital attached to monitor waiting for pessary. Was told at half ten the whole process would take about an hour and I'm stillhere. It's not even busy! But hopefully will be home soon and won't have to come back. If labour starts I can go to the midwife led unit.

Am impressedwith your fitness regimes stripey and pat. Can't wait until I am not the size of a house and can do a bit of mild exercise without collapsing in a heap.

Pat when is your sil's scan? Hope it goes well.

I got a text from HZ last night at 10.30pm saying she went into labour before they could induce her so she is on the lovely new MLU and 'it bloody hurts'. Am assuming that is the labour, not the MLU. Eagerly awaiting news of HZlet x

hackneyzoo · 21/01/2011 19:03

Totally knackered! Have named the baby Hebe Elizabeth . She swallowed some fluid and it's on her lungs so they are stabilizing her breathing. She is doing well though. 8 lbs 11 ! I am expressing like a mo fo! Nice three hour labour and water birth that bloody hurt! Never again . Have just resorted to private room as hackney postnatal is mental, people playing shite music on their phones at full blast is doing my head in! Right off to stare at my baby, want tocuddle her so badly.
