Right-wing American Pied Piper Charlie Kirk assassinated

I see a thread was started in Chat, but it's obviously more appropriate here. I've been in an American forum where someone wondered if it's of international interest.

Right now it's so early that there's no predicting what will develop, whether it will snowball into something catastrophic. Oddly, after a few hours, it's still not known for sure if they caught the shooter, which is strange, as they supposed knew where the shot came from. I'm already running across some odd conspiracy theories.

I still can't get rid of the feeling that there's more to this than meets the eye. Why hasn't anyone been arrested? Is it because there are fears this was an organised assassination by much more powerful powers?

I mean, it was on a university campus. There must be CCTV cameras all around, it doesn't take long to view all the people who are visiting that day, and track some of them back to where they came from. I mean the fact they haven't been arrested Anyone is absolutely staggering.

I thought they arrested the guy whose family turned him in?

Oh sorry. I've read conflicting things. One article said 2 people had been arrested and then released without charge. Another said no one had been arrested yet.

To be fair @InWalksBarberalla has a point. The gunman was picked up very quickly and has been all over the news. I was surprised with your post since his name is everywhere.
