HC was trying to let Trump hang himself which is why she didn't say much. One thing DH said stuck with me. He noted how Trump kept speaking over her. At one point he said that any leader would not allow themselves to be talked over like that and would tell the other person to be quiet while they finish. I see where he is coming from but disagree with him.

I thought the whole debate was 6 of one and half a dozen of the other. HC was very faint on policy. Trump had horrible come backs plus talked way too much. The one about taxes. As a CPA I was like dude answer tax question with 'How can you say I have not paid taxes when I have paid according the rules laid out by people in power, such as yourself?' The fact he came out with a lame come back confirms my suspicions.

Quite frankly the one thing this debate did show is that neither candidate are great for the role. If this was a job opening in a company, the board would fire the headhunter and keep looking.

It is a smear which is why it has not been mentioned and has been dropped. If it was true they would use it because they want to stop Trump.

Hillary's people are very clever. They wanted to bait Trump and let him go off the handle hoping he would attack Hillary and therefore look ike a sexist bully. Trump restrained himself which is why he didn't win, but he did interrupt, but that played into Hillary's hands.

The problem with Trump is that he does not prepare enough, he does not do the detail whereas Hillary takes it seriously and does. But as Scott Adams said, Hillary won on points in a college debate, but Trump won over all because it is all about feeling and emotion and not logic and facts, just as was proved by Brexit.

I am, but since I speak English, I have the opportunity to listen to American political commentators and news sites which are far better and far more switched on with the truth than our ones, so I know most of the American terms because I have heard them for years.

Of course, but the fact that Clinton never wins online and in social media is significant. She has fewer people at her rallies than Trump and fewer supporters as we will see on election day.
