Hopefully, medium is savannah print (I think that's what it's called, lions, giraffes etc). I would say it is in very good used condition. Large there's a choice of savannah, one with froggies and ducks, one with sea creatures, or a white one. And I have a large rikki, too. They have all had a bit more wear than the medium but all are in GUC. £8 for two plus postage or £12 posted with another large thrown in? You can email me at swampster at rocketmail dot com.

lol at the wrap print debate! Swampster, I'll drop you an email in a bit - just got to go and rescue DP from screaming baby.

Ooh, am loving admiring all my new nappies drying. I'm such a loser.

swampster · 23/02/2009 21:56

It's a wrap!

thebluefoxategreensocks · 23/02/2009 22:05

Happy Birthday 4!

And hello to everyone else!

soon2befamilyof4 · 23/02/2009 23:37

I have decided I have enough nappies and not enough money so need to stick with what I have got now and stop buying stuff . I will probably eventually need some medium sort of sized wraps because of DD going through a phase of just having disposables so we weren't buying any washables for her, but will have to deal with that problem when we come to it.

How sad is this...everytime I think about having the new baby in washables I am actually excited about the fact I will have enough dirty nappies each day to do a nappy wash every day. How pathetic is that! I am looking forward to them! It is rediculous! I don't know what it is about them that is so addictive! And I don't know why I have been using disposables for the last few months!

Still don't know what to do at night though! Using disposables at night at the moment, which i don't mind too much for now as I already have loads that I bought last time we went to costco, before I knew we were going back to washables. But even the disposables are leaking so don't know what to do. Hoping she will cut back on how much milk she has at night and then stop weeing as much! I feel sorry for her when she is soaking wet, must be horrible to wake up soaked in wee, and then have somebody get you changed while half asleep . She screams the place down too and it often takes me and DH to get up at 3am to sort her out without causing too much stress on her.

swampster · 24/02/2009 00:15
Sad
soon2befamilyof4 · 24/02/2009 09:13

Well last night we at least had no leaks. But that was with a disposable and it being changed at 11pm ish.

4andnotout · 24/02/2009 09:24

If i have to use a dispy when we stay with friends etc, i put a wrap over the top to prevent leaks

4andnotout · 24/02/2009 15:12

Im debating parting with my modern baby pop ins, would anyone be interested? We just seem to be using the itti's and bbos during the day.

cyteen · 24/02/2009 16:59

Hi all, I've decided to sell my Fuzzi Bunz if anyone's interested. They were the first nappies I bought and while I love the idea and the look of them, they just don't seem to suit DS's shape - he's always weeing through them, even when boosted. I've got three mediums (orange, periwinkle and lavender).

soon2befamilyof4 · 24/02/2009 20:25

What colour pop ins do you have 4? Are they the same as the one you sold me before? I am still not sure how we are getting on with it yet as have only used it a couple of times - it always seems to be on the line! But that will be fine once we can start hanging outside again, which we should be before baby 2 arrives.

Did you find they were ok for little ones?

4andnotout · 24/02/2009 20:32

I have (will check for sure on quantities tommorow) 2pumpkin,2duck egg blue and 1white, i have a green one too, but that has started to leak where the outer is damaged. I do love the fit and reliability but at the moment if they are not wearing itti's,bbos its flexi tots with blueberry wrap so these just keep getting put back to the bottom of the pile.

rusmum · 24/02/2009 21:05

4ANDNOT OUT how m uch - not that i need any more- have 15 sandys- and 11 teddies but these AIO still tempting me to try them, lol

rusmum · 24/02/2009 21:07

4andnotout · 24/02/2009 21:08

TheLadyEvenstar · 24/02/2009 21:24

nappies for sale!!!

ceb80 · 24/02/2009 22:11

ooh how much for the small bumpy wrap posted and what size are the wooly pants?!

lollipopmother · 24/02/2009 22:24

Swamp - 'It's a wrap' - !!

DD has been in disposables since Sun evening, they STINK, and only have a 50% success rate with keeping poo in thus far, pretty crap really.

soon2befamilyof4 · 24/02/2009 23:31

What disposables are you using lollipop? Do you mean stink of wee/poo or chemically? Just wondering as we still use disposables at night until I can afford some better night nappies, and when somebody else is looking after her.

Got a bit annoyed with my Mum the other day as she was going to look after DD for a couple of hours for me and I made up some pocket nappies for her so they would be really easy to use and she got all funny and said she would use disposables. They go on exactly the same. I tried asking her WHY she didn't want to use them and the only thing she could say was that it complicates things as she has to give the dirty ones back . DD has wet bags that you can shove them in so it isn't hard!

thebluefoxategreensocks · 25/02/2009 08:09

Now I know why I love wool so much! I finally decided to lanolise Benjamin's night wool shorties (he's been wearing them for 3+ weeks and still never washed or lanolised them - they're just fab!). Anyway, thought maybe they were beginning to not smell quite so fresh (tho prob could have kept using for a couple more weeks! LOL), so washed & lanolised them yesterday...meaning they'd not be dry for bedtime. So had to put a ME Airflow over his Bumble - and yuck, the awful smell of urine this morning!! No leaks - but ugh! The wool obviously helps a lot to evaporate and the smell doesn't build up like under PUL wrap. So, now I know why wool is soooo lovely! Just wish I had another aran weight wool shorties - as these work soooooo well on my monster heavy wetter!
