…it was entirely up to you? If things like money/overpopulation/others opinions were not influencing or restricting your decision?

I have 2 and always wanted 3, although I feel done now if I won the lottery tomorrow I would think about having another. If I was starting to have kids now with the state of the world I don't think I would have any

@BloodAndFire I don’t have to justify my reasonings online 😊take care

Of course you don't 'have to'. It's a discussion forum. That's sort of the idea, to discuss differing ideas and opinions. But I believe participation is still optional...

Never mind.

@Goofygoogoof I grew up as one of 4. Lots of love, time & attention. My siblings all agree. Funnily enough, 2 of us have gone onto have 4 children and 1 has 5. One of us cannot have children and it kills her. She too wanted a big family.
Clearly none of us felt the way you seem to be assuming children of large families feel. My children get a lot of time and attention, probably more than some only children or children with 1 sibling just by the fact I able to be at home and outsource lots of things. My time is free to spend with them.

That's good for you, you're lucky. I just feel modern living is too stressful with 2.4 kids these days yet alone more.
