She's taken an overdose. And it's my fault, I left my medication where she could find it. Shit, shit, shit.

All the previos posts by pp who have attempted suicide can be encouragement for your DD. Maybe show her their posts, if you're comfortable with it, to show her that there is hope ...and a full life just waiting for her when she's in a better place. Praying for peace and comfort for your dear family.

Just remember, it isn't an instant thing; your dd may take time to fully wake up and will be disorientated, etc. This is normal, so don't worry.

@JackOfGentleman If need be they'll just put her back under again. They know what they're doing. It'll all sort itself out soon. What a shock for you though.
