What's the best thing your dc mispronounces?

My current favourite is DD1's attempt at octopus..... dottypoosh

My dd says funprints instead of footprints. She also always says nen instead of then.

DS's have just descovered DD2 can't say brother.
They are her big buggers

Riss "oh and smish instead of schmick"
Have never heard the phrase schmick! You learn something new every day...

Farmer Crimas (Father Christmas)

We live in Saffron Walden and DS calls it Saffron Gordon.

Spagetti Bolognaise - spagettiase - much better word and we all call it that now.

Grandpa - Bap Waa

Both of mine say 'nibbles' instead of 'nipples' and they are 7 and 9 yo. Too cute to correct

Dd kept going on about 'arses'.... took ages to realise she meant 'horses'! The gps were horrified

DS1's current one is 'I want wankin'
Which means he would like to watch the lion king video please

DD says Farmer Christmas and refers to the sausages wrapped up in bacon as pigs in duvets

My frinds DS used tio say cockporn for popcorn. We used to get him to say it quite a lot for our own amusement

My dd says that too IGW

She also still says Sticklips instead of Lipstick and paperwall instead of wallpaper

I've got a few more:

Today dd2 enjoyed some 'helicopter jam' (actually apricot).

Yesterday dd1 told me "I washed my face and it made my charlottes feel funny."
I asked her what she meant.
"YOU KNOW, Mummy, my charlottes!"
I finally worked out that she meant her eyelashes.

Another time dd2 touched my eyebrow and said "That's your rainbow, Mummy."

ds wanted to say 'whisper in Mama's ear' today and it came out as 'p*ss in Mama's ear'

I called sandwiches Sand Bridges and Radiator was Slater Gator.

DCs have virtually impeccable speech and only mispronounce butterly as blutterfly and sign as Zine.

He calls his friend Emily 'Lemony'. She is a rather fragrant little girl, it has to be said.

'I munt nilk' for 'I want milk'.

dd2 says 'bicshit' for biscuit

Ds1 (6yo) is convinved that Monty Parmesan plays cricket for England rather than Panesar...

According to DS Winnie Poh is Windy Poo

Brown flakes = bran flakes (makes perfect sense, they ARE brown)

Also:

underbrella = umbrella (you go under it!)
gubble-um = bubblegum
tikkabilla = caterpillar

We all use these now.
