DD2 is 3 and still isn't potty trained (and DD1 was a slow one to train too). I've been trying off and on since Christmas and I've got her in pants at the moment. We've already had an accident today but really don't want to give up again. Want to get this sorted as its 1/2 term this week.

Donbean · 12/02/2006 15:05

Ok, im in.
Right, rules:

For a poo in potty/loo......2 chocolate buttons/stickers on chart.

For wee in potty/loo....1 chocolate button/sticker for chart.

Any accidents result in a stint at the childrens home for smelly kids, or no food for a week.
However...if accident occurs on laminate flooring.......nothing said....let it go,

If however accident occurs on carpet.....3 days on naughty stair.
Ok.......LETS GO. BRING IT ON.

We've had some news already. After an afternoon of accidents (including DD doing a poo and it dropping out of her jogger bottoms!) she just pulled down her pants and did a wee on her potty! Lots of praise and a sticker followed. Let's keep it going!

Bozza · 12/02/2006 18:31

Cod will you be doing another one in the Easter hols? May be upf for training DD then. Or may leave it until June as she will only be 23 months then.

all4girlz · 12/02/2006 19:04

hi all
how does this work
on-line support ?
advise and stuff
my daughter DD3? is three and is quite clever in all other aspects but has no interest in potty training only tries when does not need a wee thought the toilet training seat was a new toy

I know that I need to stop and let her go cold turkey but is harding watching her 24/7 as I am feeding a baby still on demand-- cant put a nappy or pull up on her when I need to sit for 45mins with dd4 feeding her!?

madmarchhare · 12/02/2006 19:05

aha, so, me thinks I will wait til the next hols [scaredycatbackingoffemotion].

madmarchhare · 12/02/2006 19:07

Oooo all4girlz, you sound an ideal candidate for cods camp.
