I know that Candy (Zombie) touched so many lives and is being supported and remembered so beautifully as she takes her next journey.

Woolly Hugs are making blankets in her memory that will be passed onto women who are going through treatment for cancer.

If anyone would like to learn to crochet or would like to offer to help others to learn then please feel free to use this thread and offer your skills.

Love in every stitch and new friendships made.

But worse, and Help!! I've lost the thread which says the colours for the wool, and advanced search isn't working. Can someone link to it for me? I'd really like to get some more colours....

Ruhrpott Yddraigoldragon I'm near Cardiff/Caerphilly border. Would love to learn to crochet. Also any one in the area who would like to learn to knit, I'm available.

Claire, when are you free? And could you get to sainsbury in thornhill?

Yddraig Yes just over the mountain from me. Any evening or weekend as DH will have to drop me there.

Next week is not good for me with work, but can we tentatively plan for Monday the following week? 20th at about half five so I have time to get there from work? Let me know if this suits you?

since learning last week!) and no I didn't just spend lots of money on a complete set of clover hooks... no not me

I'll bring the yellow crochet hook for Claire back with me. My latest attempt, needs four more rounds for a 12 inch square. My next goal is to learn to crochet in rows.

I can't make 5.30, DH not home until at least 6.15.

Claire, if Monday works for you then come when you can. I am guessing that they would stop service at seven but not kick people out so we could sit tight until booted? What do you think? Ruhr is this a plan?

Apologies this dropped off my active list. I'm still free March 11th. It would be lovely to meet.

PurpleDaisies 11th is good for me also. I might take my DDs out of their activities for the day so can drive down from around 11 onwards.
