Not sure what's happened here - has the nanny told your dd that her friend was fat, but for your dd not to tell her friend that she said so?

Or has the nanny told the friend that your dd is fat and not to tell your dd so, and she's told your dd anyway?

That is not a very professional thing for a nanny to be saying to a child! I would be cross to as it is rude and there is no need for it.

But is Anna fat? I know that is hard for you to answer, as her mother, but do you honestly think she is overweight? If not, then what is the opinion of a strange woman to you? I would say to me dd, "well, X's nanny was very rude to say anything nasty about you." Make your dd feel good about herself and forget the bitchy woman.
