So, getting into the rhythm of this ABA lark, basically we have to be present once or twice a day, so lots of sitting around in between. Luckily I have computer and chiavetta.
I am in my car though as already had enough of sitting around in the waiting room full of parents, one couple have their 5 year old with them, don't seem to have brought her anything to do and expect her to sit around waiting too, after the second gratuitous sculacciata (sp?) I left. That kind of thing really annoys me.

Oh I hate the kind of "parenting" you describe Sput, it is sadly quitepopular though.

I have just come back from trip to Esselunga, where I always spend the same amount of money week in week out. Today they had offers on Pasta Garolfalo, so I now have a nice scorta.

Grr that kind of parenting makes me mad - agree with you Sput . I am taking dd a stiker story book for this pm as I guestimate that the doc will be running late they all do don't they ? Dh has his I Phone glued to him at every occasion think I should get one as well !!!

FRanca now with a supermarket right next to my house I think I am going to spend more. Or maybe it will be less as I won't be doing daily little shopping as I did before hand.

DH has heard of a 130m house for sale the padrone are desperate for money ( Rosa rolls her eyes and pleads insanity). I have said that he can go look and inform on everything I don't want to know unless it really is a bargain and doesn't need any work !

I don't know, I think I spend too much money on food. I usually spend 80 euros on a weekly shopping at esselunga, and there is always bits and pieces I need to buy (milk, bread... focaccia). And I also go to the market too often, where I am lured into buying nice cheeses, nice fruit and veggies etc.

Only because it is a possible occasione ....But he hasn't mentioned it today . Mind you seeing that the last 10 boxes I have no where to put anything it might be a good idea....!

I spend too much on food and I really don't keep an account of it - I should do I know in fact I must start !
The ortopedico said dds fascia was taken off too soon hence the poor 'repair' for hear break it should have been on for 25 days - anyway he thinks it is doing ok and in about 10 days or so she can start with ginnastica leggera. With all the school festivals / breaks for Carnival I expect she will go back round March 10th. Minirosa seems to be coughing now........

Oh I see. Good to hear dd is on the mend.
I took dd to the paed, as she hasn't been eating as much as usual lately, plus complains of feeling sick etc, and she told me to give her a diet of plain food, not too many proteins etc for 1/2 weeks. Plus she said she has a gola arrosata and told me to keep her home, because dd is stanca. Boh! A bit overprotective, but she is right, dd is tired, a day at home won't hurt, I suppose.

That sounds like classic strep throat symptoms to me Franca, if she's not better soon maybe you should ask for a test. Poor thing.

Minirosa has a annoying temp 37.5 and a snotty cold. I have heard glandular fever is on teh rounds as well ...hurrah !
Franca never heard of the no protein thing sounds very wierd but the Italian in bianco makes such total sense with mal di pancia .

Just got dds birthdya party order from tuttofesta. There was an error on 2 pignatte - bit of a communication error - well blow me down he is sending me another 2 free . I am impressed customer service in Italy is improving !!!!

Just had a peep - a sarta came in to dd1 school and made them all necklaces simlar to the ones on there ..... I might just ask for a custom one in teh autumn . NOt right now until dh gets back working again . Had to raid my savings for dd1 party items .....
Sent you and Franca an e mail can't find Banana Gio - I have printed it off and told dh to remind me whan I can vote local council stuff etc.
Havinga stressed out time at the house and can't sort out to put things away . MInirosa is much better today so think she will be back at nursery domani .

Dd seems to be fine, she is at school today. I think she is just very tired, and a bit stressed, yesterday she cried again about going to school... I think it is a very long day for her, and she so always want to do well, that she gets stressed. Poor thing.
