Welcome aboard.

The first rule of the tea room is - No fisticuffs.
The second rule is - Put the kettle on and lets have a or open a bottle of if its that time of day. Pull a sofa and relax. Parents of one, more (or less) children are welcome to hop on board and chat about anything and nothing. Introduce yourself if new and if you name change give us clue please.

He sounds lucky, MT - unlike the 5yo son of a friend of mine, who can't fall off a bike without cutting himself to the bone! (chin). He also tried to sever a finger while cutting vegetables - he usually uses a relatively unsharp knife and it was broccoli, but I think he'd got hold of the sharp knife by mistake and it slipped (of course!), cut his finger to the bone as well. They reattached the tendons but he has no feeling in his finger tip. :(

Hey ho, better dig out the glitterball and the Aspidistra - assuming that it hasn't already been squirrelled over to the new tearoom secretly and safely!
