Hi, hope your Jogglers have arrived safely. Once you've had the chance to get them set up and had a play, please can you post your feedback to these questions from O2:

  1. Did you find it easy to set up?
  1. What worked best for you?
  1. Would you recommend it to a friend?
  1. Do you think it's good value for money
  1. Would you like to see any additions?
  1. How would you use it to organise your family life?
  1. Anything else you'd like to add?

And the latest on the webchats is that they'll now take place between 1-2pm (not 7pm) on Weds 10 June and Weds 1 July on www.mum-e.co.uk, but as usual if you can't make it on the day you can leave your questions/feedback in advance and the Joggler team will answer them/respond between 1-2pm.

We'll post the urls of the chats as soon as we have them.

Happy Joggling,

MNHQ

right am caught up (ish) from web chat

As i keep saying it needs to be comparable to an ipod touch (or iphone) to warrant the hefty price tag so the idea of an App store is fab as everyone can have whatever they want on it eg i would have all the basics -presumably unlockable- things like calendar, music, weather(all the things it came with) but also FB, MN (if they ever get round to making an app), twitter, gmail ... blah blah

Would love a browser, i can use the joggler snuggled up in bed but obviously that needs a battery to work.

Agree that the plug is fugly - please can it be normal sized and not take up 2 sockets on an extension

whoops · 10/06/2009 17:49

I've just read through the webchat too, had to work at lunchtime today but will make sure I'm available for the next one!
I think as well as an end time on the calender function a location option should be there too.
I think if there was a browser/iplayer option that my joggler would move to the bedroom!!

lou031205 · 10/06/2009 21:11

Another reminder came 1 hour after the event [grrr]

Haribosmummy · 10/06/2009 21:15

I missed the webchat too.

I am LOVING the joggler... Our message facilty is up and running which means my DSDs (who don't live with us during the week) can send their appts / parties etc., straight to the calendar and we can message back to confirm...

DH is of the opinion that the joggler is a solution trying to find a problem, but I LOVE it and am finding it very useful to keep track of things.

I actually like the fact it doesn't have a browser (but then, we have more laptops and PCs than you can shake a stick at!) I like the simplicity and speed at which you can go to weather / traffic / news (they are the ones that get used most by us)

I'd still like to see a to do list and I'd also like an option for it to connect to our (wireless) printer, soI could print out a copy of the diary when I need to go out (either that or add a battery to the joggler!)

Other than the battery, i honestly don't think I have a bad thing to say about the joggler (haven't noticed any problem with the plug - isn't it just a standard one??? - I'm writing this from bed and can't be bothered to go back downstairs to check!!!

Wilbur - Re: your issues with jpegs and P&P - can we contact you direct to resolve?

fruitshootsandheaves · 11/06/2009 16:17

Can any other joggler users tell me whether you can text your joggler with an event and it will enter it on the day of the actual event. I can enter an event but it comes up on the day I'm texting it on, not on the day when the event is to happen. Is this correct or am I using the wrong format?
Thanks

atO2 · 11/06/2009 16:51

Hi Everyone,

Firstly on behalf of O2, I wanted to say a big thank you for your time and constructive feedback during yesterday?s ichat. Your comments are really valuable to us and will only make the O2 Joggler & Calendar better.

As promised, we have summarised the answers to the main topics raised yesterday and have contacted individuals that had specific questions that we didn?t have time to answer.

You can view most of these here.

If you have further questions please don?t hesitate to contact mum-e at [email protected] or phone Customer Services on 08448 750202.

Many THX

MelonCauli · 11/06/2009 18:11

OK I'm on the phone to customer services now who tells me he can't help me because he hasn't had any training in the Joggler. His name is Martin, by the way. Oh and his manager can't help because he is the only duty manager on tonight and he can't leave the desk.

Not great service o2. If I'd paid for mine I'd be furious.

bramblebooks · 11/06/2009 19:13

Me too melon cauli. I have now been trying to access the online calendar function for at least 2 weeks. I have emailed and I have phoned. Since I opened a new query with them on Mon it has now been 4 days for tech to 'play' with my issues - apparently tech couldn't resolve it a I wasn't an O2 broadband customer .... it has been bounced straight back to them as that is not a valid response.

MelonCauli · 11/06/2009 19:17

I got asked why I was phoning an o2 broadband help number when I didn't have o2 broadband. They left me on hold for 12 minutes then cut me off.

If you are listening o2, you are a shambles.

bramblebooks · 11/06/2009 20:13

I agree Melon Cauli - the support is not ready for the product. It is outrageous that they can't help you and that I have had to wait a working week with still no resolution to my problem.
