First and Foremost, i had my extended family over for breakfast. After having it, they were all overly satisfied.

My family and I loved the fact that it’s light, plant based, less fat, no preservatives added, healthy and it’s got a very lovely taste.

To be very honest i can’t fault this product for any reason cos it’s super amazing

Yes i will. Firstly because it’s completely plant based, healthy, no artificial added, less fat, and great taste.

I'm not brand loyal & will tend to buy what is on offer. But yes, I would purchase this one if the price was right. I like that it is vegan.

Sure, if they were looking for a plant based vegan alternative to regular butter.

There were mixed feelings about Flora light.

Flora has been around for years so I feel quite trusting of it. Although I always feel a bit suspicious of food brands.

It caters for the whole family as we are all vegan.

My husband and daughter both loved it, they said it was tasty and easy to spread and actually preferred it to the normal Flora and our usual margarine. I thought the taste was ok, but prefer normal Flora and our usual brand. I also thought that when it melted into toast, it made the toast feel wet rather than buttery. Personally I found it a bit disappointing. At 10 calories per 10g less than other margarines, I don't feel the benefit outweighs the negative. Although I imagine it would be fine in cakes.

I wouldn't choose Flora over other brands as it is more expensive than our current brand which is Tesco Sunflower spread at 95p for 500g which is perfectly acceptable and keeps our food budget down.

I would probably not recommend the Flora light due to the cost and the wetness on toast.

We really enjoyed it! We had it on toast and in sadwiches and no one noticed it was different from the usual spreadable butter.

Yes! The rest of my family eat animal products and I don't. They were more than happy to eat this.

I liked the fact Flora Light tasted the same as the original yet was the healthy option. I also liked the packaging.

They liked Flora Light and didn't notice the difference from the usual Flora we previously had. The kids liked the packaging with the sunflower on it.

Please note we actually haven't used voucher yet but my other half went out and brought it so we tried it.

Very satisfied I don't think anyone noticed the difference when I swapped which is good!

Yes it's a multi tasking product have used it from cooking to baking, making sandwiches and spreading on toast.

Easy to spread and doesn't come out rock hard even when used straight from the fridge. Taste and colour was good. Not strong smelling of margarine. I liked the taste and the fact that its a healthier option.

I like the taste considering that this is a healthier option and meant to be "light". The buttery version is my favourite as it had a more buttery taste and was an easier swap from butter to a plant spread.
I mostly only noticed a less butter taste when spreading on Toast in the morning but for everything else it was absolutely fine. My family didn't notice that I had used a different spread so it's a winner in my home.

I would use this to swap over to a healthier option without hesitation.

Very satisfied, I’m not particularly keen on the taste of butter and prefer this lighter option as it tasted nice without being high on calories

With an allergy sufferer in the house since flora has gone dairy free it definitely does cater for our whole family. I know they have a special dairy free version but we haven’t had any issues with the regular versions since the recipe change.

Liked that it was dairy free. Spreadable.

To be honest it tastes like most of the other spreads on the market this just has the added benefit of being dairy free.

We tend to use vitalite because it’s dairy free. If I went into a shop and both flora and vitalite were the same price I’d use flora. If the flora was more expensive I wouldn’t pay more for it.

We enjoyed the taste, actually pleasantly surprised as since you have changed the ingredients to Flora Buttery we can no longer use it in our house as no one likes the taste.

I always felt like it was but I am disappointed that they removed the buttermilk from Flora Buttery, and made it taste like a cheap margarine, so I trust them slightly less now!

It's good for baking, easily spreadable even from the fridge. Less fat/fewer calories but still a nice buttery taste

yes it tasted better than i expected it to to be honest.

Possibly. But since we made the switch from Flora Buttery to a different brand the children are quite reluctant to try new brands. We tried a few different ones to try and replace 'buttery' and it put them off butter for a while!

I wouldn't necessarily recommend it (and it is a shame palm oil is used, even if responsibly sourced) but if asked I would say it was tasty and i would potentially purchase it again if on offer.

We liked it very much and have bought a in following the trial.

I have recently changed to a dairy free diet for health reasons. My eldest son detests butter so it has worked well for our family.

• What did you like or dislike about new Flora Light? What did your family like or dislike?

It is a much healthier option and it didn't tear the bread. The children could spread it themselves which they liked.
It wasn't the best for a crumble topping because it didn't rub in like cold butter.

I had used a supermarket version but it just sat on toasted bread whereas flora melted in. We liked that!

I wouldn’t want it again as I didn’t like the taste, however as everyone else liked it I would probably buy it for them and I would stick to proper butter

It was ok. It wasn't terrible tasting but I think the regular one tastes better.

The health aspect for adults is good but I didn't like the taste, and I wouldn't give it my son as he's 10m so we only give him full fat versions.

It was fine. Probably better than other light versions I have had but I prefer your normal flora taste.

I'd chose normal flora over this. But if I was choosing a light one for any reason I'd chose flora I think

Not sure - I wouldn't give it to children as I go for fill fat ranges. But I'd recommend if someone is specifically looking for a light version.
