Asda is looking for 50 Mumsnetters to try out their Back to School uniform range. They've put in a lot of effort to make it hard-wearing, comfortable and easy to wash and iron and want to put it to the test on your child.

If you have a school-aged child or a child about to start school and would like to put the new range through its paces please add your details by clicking here.

You can select uniform for one child - we're sorry if this causes any problems for those with more than one school aged child but we wanted to ensure as many MNers as possible were able to take part.

You may select a t-shirt/ shirt pack, one trousers/ dress/ shirt and one jumper/ cardigan. The uniform will be worth up to £15.

If you are selected to test the uniform, your name, address and sizing/ clothing requirement details will be sent to Asda who will send you the uniform directly.

We will then need you and your child to try the uniform - really putting it through its paces, washing it, wearing it as usual then to add feedback on Mumsnet.

We'll want you to add feedback three times -

~ once when you first receive it

~ when it has been worn and washed once or twice and

~ lastly when it has been washed and worn a few times

Everyone who is selected for the test, and then offers three lots of feedback will be entered into a prize draw to where one winner will receive £200 of Asda vouchers.

Thanks and good luck. If selected you will be emailed confirmation and should receive uniform within 2-3 weeks.

Done.
Fingers crossed! DS2 tends to wear out uniform quickly because he plays a lot of football at school! Would make for an interesting comparison to the usual uniform i buy.

hobbgoblin · 19/08/2010 18:55

I've done it but DS has to wear Royal Blue not navy so probably won't be selected.

go on spill, what did you put?

mustrun · 19/08/2010 19:19

Done, but I thikn it'd be a miracle if I got picked, based on how sceptical I am about the durability of uniform in general! Or maybe my boys are a million times worse than everyone else's children with regards to wear and tear Grin
