I hope they are wrong Trips. Are there not any free activities in your area, A lot of local councils are providing things as part of the Get Active gov initiative, they have provided a lot of funding for this. Also, look out for things in the local newspaper, you can often get vouchers on line for free swimming/gym/activity sessions.I know your 3 are older, but these are available up to 16yrs in our area.
Mine are now off, but hol club Mon(working) free cycle day Tue, free multiactivity day Wed(including 2hrs swimming), Hol club Thurs(working) football day Fri (£10 each, but worth it 9am-4pm!) Hope they will be too knackered to be bored!!lol

I cant sleep either Trips.....just watching the horrific news that Whitney Houston has died. No matter how she lived her life...no matter what she did wrong she is someones baby - no death no sad as that of a child. Matt loved her..when she was on telly he would try to look up her dress to see her knickers Grin he loved her so much.

Hopstheduck · 12/02/2012 07:35

Lol @ Tom.

I was supposed to see her in concert a few years ago, but after the bad reviews my companion decided she didn't want to go any more. Even more gutted I missed the chance now. Sad rip Whitney. The bodyguard was the first film I went to se with mates rather than family, and loved it.

I would like your views please girls. Some of you may know I have a big b/day coming up in March. My girlfriends who are all single have in the past organized a girls w/end away to celebrate. My problem is this.

  1. I couldn`t afford to pay for a property for everyone.
  2. I would like to celebrate with them and have a laugh.
  3. My sil`s b/day is the day before mine, she wants to join in, but really would not get on with my friends.
  4. My best friend in Cornwall wants to do something too, but doesn`t like all girl groups.
  5. My dh thinks I should spend my b/day with him and the kids, we should go away together/.
  6. I don`t want to!

Am I being mean, selfish? Its not as though he is making any attempt to find somewhere. Feel like I can`t please everyone. Would rather have a meet up with you lot:)

OK we have an Elliott Craig who weighs 8lbs 11 and a half ounces. Craig was my nephews lifelong best friend - he was sadly killed in an RTA last year. Babies picture is already on Facebook and he has taken my breath away. His face is a chubby version of all four of my lads.... just beautiful xxx
