Awful nights sleep - I must have been grinding my teeth because all my jaw is sore.

I am sure that I grind my teeth Trips - just before I go to sleep I get panicky because I feel like I cant put my teeth together and I try to relax my mouth. I have been having bad heaches/migranes for about a month and I'm sure its because I am grinding my teeth x

you are prob right Shabs, my friend has been taking Kalms at bedtime and says it really helps, I might try them. Miserable day here, feeling abit fed up and got no real reason to be................oh well!

Found ya!!!Hi girls, had a crap weekend leading into what will probably be a crap week.
Laptop still not working, tho chap said it would be fixed for weekend, boys arguing (nothing unusual there, but just seemed worse this weekend), me and DH arguing about them arguing, then to cap it all our bed collapsed in the very early hours of Sunday morning, and before we get the jokes and sniggers NO, just sleeping on it!!
Can't afford a new one at the moment so sleeping on the mattress on the floor. Maybe it will be our Christmeas present to each other if we can afford one after the boys birthdays and Christmas for them...never mind, worse things happen at sea.

ds1 brought home a letter yest about an impending ofsted inspection. I have lots of ishoos with the school and have added lots of notes to the questionnaire. I'm a bit scared now, hope that confidential really does mean confidential! It would be blatantly obvious I wrote it if anyone opened it. The school has been absolutely awful for my older two though, and I'm dreading the idea of the dts going there.

I wouldn't worry about the questionnaire my love. At Toms last parents evening I filled one in, told the absolute truth about how much I hate the school. Praised one or two teachers who are wonderful with my lad then I signed it, put my address on it and invited whoever would read it to ring me if they needed more information PMSL.....they never have!!! That was confidential as well. xx

Just spoke to my niece - Beth is home and doing well......she has to be the bravest little girl I have ever met. xx
