Hateconcentrix soooo pleased for you chick i bet you're made up. Dolly get a complaint in ASAP how stupid are they putting it in your old account,I know it's not helpful but at least you know your money will be with you soon. Kayleighdean,try not to stress to much there was a few girls on here whose documents went walkabout but everything turned out ok in the end,get a complaint in as well the more complaints they get might kick their bums into action lol.Twinkle you need to complain too chick. Stay strong girls x x

Yes lauren132 I've been to the edge n very nearly went over too,it was the support on here that kept me going I just want to help others that are going through what I did. Thank you for your nice words chick they mean a lot x x

Apparantly all cases must be finished and closed by end of the month, any not looked at or resolved cases will be closed and no changes made if not resolved before end of the month x

So I sent a letter to put in writing I want my case to go to mandatory reconsideration via recorded sign for on Tuesday to get there Wednesday and guess what.... It's not got there yet, what are Royal Mail playing at

I just tried to ring concentrix and as per usual the computers are down they can't be crashing cause of to much work cause no one seems to do anything there total waste of phone credit .

Missyb36 lazy month I think a lot of them might be on holiday so it must be just an excuse for them to say system is down. Am still waiting for an answer. Bloody scared for tomorrow's payment I hope it goes through.

Got my docs back today 2 days after my no change letter. I think they are scRed and they are def on a deadline to close or change claims . Be strong girls ..dolly Royal Mail lost my docs recorded delivery I resent special delivery they never got found it was my bank statements too ... They were not bothered Royal Mail

So so happy ! Manager that has been looking after my case since Saturday has found my documents today - exactly 7 weeks after signing for them ! She investigated my case and closed it as happy with evidence, she said there is going to be an overpayment but that HMRC will have that update in 48 hours - she has said that she has sent my case closed letter today !
So relieved that it's over - well apart from the overpayment !
Persistence is the key - ring every day until you find someone who will help :)

MissE I hope your payment goes through ok and I hope u r enjoying your holiday x I rang back again tonight and they told me decision has been made no amendments to my claim just waiting on second stage to make sure the decision was right and I should receive a letter in the next 7 days does this mean case is closed still unsure.

Missyb36, I think so cause apparently they have until end of the month to close all the cases. Thank you I will try and enjoy myself. I'll be waiting for 00.05 when my payments go through.

misse84 I was same position ,rung hmrc ,they have heard from concentrix and no changes..appt concentrix tells them first and then sends us a letter which cantake 2weeks to arrive - Id ring hmrc x

Happy for you twinklefrog you're right persistence does pay off. Dolly they don't rush themselves,they made demands with deadlines but then take their time. MissE84 fingers crossed for your payment going in. Scousejo you've been waiting a while for your documents,pleased you've gout them back. Hopefully we can try n put this all behind us soon and enjoy the rest of the summer with our families. Stay strong girls don't let the b......s get you down x

Really pleased to hear that more and more cases are finally getting sorted, and can I just say Morgan you are a star and have always been there for us all on this thread even with your own nightmare going on and your continued support to us all has been amazing, thank you.
My update on missing payment was that they had put it in the wrong account, rang this morning to see if it had been re sent yet to which I was told they haven't received it back yet!! And they had suspended my payments until I had confirmed bank details again!! I confirmed bank details on Wednesday when I rang!! So looks like I won't get next weeks payment either as he has only just lifted the suspension and my payment is normally auctioned on a Friday to get to my bank by the Wednesday, so god knows what's going on, it's maddening to think they know my payments and only because of there f@*k up I'm sat with no money, they told me to ring back on Tuesday as they should have the payments back by then and be able to tell me when I should get them! To top it all I've found out I've gone £76 over my normal monthly phone bill through ringing them and concentric!! Fuming is not the word at the minute, on a plus note the letter I sent to concentrix recorded delivery confining my appeal has finally got there......only 3 days after it should of!

Thank you Dolly,so you've had no payment at all? Get a complaint letter written off ASAP how disgusting of them to leave you with nothing. Go to the cab and ask them for a food parcel recommendation it will keep you going till next week. Also in your complaint letter tell them you want reimbursing for all the phone calls you've made to them AAAARRRGGGHHH they do my head in x
