Morgan97, I live in West London close to Notting Hill or Westfield White City. Yes let me know we can meet up for a coffee and a chat. Your comments have been so supportive thank god I found this page because I became so depressed when I got the letter I couldn't sleep or eat. I felt like someone was taking my life away.

Dollygem well done I m increasing my contact too as from September because I have the same problem When I m sick or my child is sick I loose a lot of hours. But my check is childcare not employment but having read a lot of your employment check comments I m moving up my hours.

Thank you everyone, it helps to know that I'm not on my own. It's just seems like my life is in bits, two years ago I had a husband, my own house, four very much wanted children and two incomes coming in and couldn't claim tax credits as earn't too much, now I'm on my own in a rented house and having to work what I can between the kids and being poorly, and nobody to help or confide in, so I claim tax credits to help me and it just causes me more problems!

MissE84 we are all in the same boat even those of us who have got it sorted will go through the same thing again you can bet your life on it! Would love to meet for a coffee n a chat maybe we could organise a few meetings locally to all of us. I won't be in London til October this year. But I'm willing to meet up with anyone who lives near blackburn lancashire,maybe others would like to sort out something in their local areas too x

Yeap Morgan97 let me know, love to meet up in October. Love to meet the others too but everyone is scattered around the UK! I think we will be back on this page next year until concentrix get the boot from hmrc. Wow after 8 yrs some stupied company decides to investigate my claim on childcare. I was enjoying claiming my tax credits before no stress just fill the form, sign it than off to the post. Now am hateing tax credits. They make me sick!

MissE84 ill def let you know. I think hrmc will realise they've made a mistake getting concentrix to do their dirty work and get rid yes I know wishful thinking. Dolly there's always support on here chick,this thread kept me sane during the time they stopped my money and I've made some lovely freinds on here too. It's good to know you're not alone in this x

Thanks morgan97 will let u know when I get a outcome hopefully it won't be bad news but on the brightside I have a beautiful family that's what keeps me sane well at the minute anyway it's only a few weeks into summer holidays lol

i sent my documents in on June 15th.... I called them on the 31st as I needed to renew and was told that my stuff hasnt been scanned yet!! how long does it take?

Great idea sis! Update on mine. Rung them yesterday & for the 1st time I actually got someone helpful!! She checked the tracking number & couldn't find them at 1st but persevered til she did. She promised to get in touch with the documents team & see if she could push them through same day so that she could add my change in contracted hours. Still a 2 week wait from that point, but I'm actually making headway finally!!Smile

Good for you leppi,we all need to stay strong and believe me I know it's not easy. I think they've bitten off more than they can chew with this one but it still doesn't give anyone the right to change lives with the click of a button.

Big smiley face here....they looked at my appeal and it's been overturned I'm so happy I'm shaking never have I been made to feel so guilty of something that I knew I hadn't done...I'm angry, happy and just relieved for my kids more than me they've suffered because of this. I thank everyone on here for there support especially Morgan97 who without knowing has been a rock. I hope you all fight and get sorted this company needs to be stopped. Keep fighting and when times get really dark like they have for me and many others believe there is a light and do everything in your power to reach for it. Please feel free to contact me if anyone needs help. Xx

Hi all, I have been following this thread right from part one, nothing is consistent with how concentrix are dealing with this issue, it is an absolute disgrace that each call handler gives out different information it should be either yes we can sort it out over the phone or a definite no we can't you will receive a letter instead of helping some folk and dismissing others!! Well done to all who have had good news Smilemine is another adult check, all required documents sent and signed for 19th may, documents returned 3rd June but didn't receive until 15th June and as of yet not heard a thing, gave up ringing them as was constantly cut off after an hour on hold and my phone bill was double than what it normally is, should it take this long? Not been overly concerned but with renewal dead line passed feeling a bit concerned now Confused

Always smiling some have heard nothing at all from Concentrix only a new renewal from Hmrc . I would give Hmrc a ring did u renew with them or Concentrix

Rung them again. The lady I spoke to yesterday (Francessca) forgot to hit the eacalate button!! Lady (Naomi) I spoke to this morning's done it as they should of dealt with mine already. She's made a note of my number, and promised to ring back Monday and update me. Omg these folks really do lack in brain cells!!!

I sent my renewal to concentrix with my documents but still had the renewal reference number so renewed online via hmrc last week incase concentrix have not processed it

Ring Hmrc they will only be able to tell you if Concentrix have find their checks and they answer phone straight away .

I did my renewal back in May. Sent documents to this waste of space company first week of June and still nothing. Got my documents back about 4 week ago. Rang numerous times as my eldest starts school in sept so my childcare will change. Spoke to a guy at concentrix who said he would rush it through for this reason and yet still NOTHING. getting really fed up now xx
