I am new to mumsnet and to this thread. I have been on the consumer action group website and downloaded their simple calculation spreadsheet for Scotland but can't make the formula work for the Judicial Interest at current rate of 8% column. Has anyone any information for me please as I just seem to be going round in circles with it and can't seem to sort it out? I would value help on this matter. Many thanks.

NK120.... go to martin lewis site, use the calculator there and letter. Very easy to use. The consumer site I found to be great in the later stages. I had to take them to court. I got £750 back. so worth it. also worth chasing any credit card charges, just had 250 offered by Lloyds tbs and accepted. I wanted 270 inc interest. So more than happy to accept this. Good luck

he also got some money back from them last year. They often charge him for being overdrawn and them charging him for that makes him overdrawn and they charge him again. Bastards
