babyalan13 · 17/06/2015 15:47

Wish I lived in Birmingham!! But unfortunately not! I was actually born in Walsall!; but in northern Ireland since a baby!

Scousejo1967 · 17/06/2015 15:49

Babyalan I have not heard of concentrix stopping money but referring back to hmrc so you would have had a letter by now

Morgan97 · 17/06/2015 15:51

Awww bless you admiral you're a blooming angel, sent you an email btw. Really hope this IS the banks n not tax credits wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them they've not only lied to me but lied to my MP as well. Good luck ladies x

babyalan13 · 17/06/2015 16:01

Think what worries me is that I phoned hmrc yesterday and told them I was of on maternity in 2013 and 2014. Was thinking did they stop my payments cause I hadn't told them earlier! Maybe that sounds crazy. But they deducted a few thousand of my income for 2014 and another 1000 of for 2015. But surely that means I should get more money not for my money to stop! Am just so worried. Wish I hadn't told them about my maternity now

mumdad5 · 17/06/2015 16:01

Babyalan I really think its the bank too, could you get yourself well enough to go into ur bank they should be able to tell you what payments are pending to go into ur account, sending you a hug , if they are up to the 28th May for scanning , mine were signed for on the 11th n 12th, so does that mean they wont be scanned for another 2 weeks which would take me over the deadline? They took a note of tracking numbers when I rang sat will try n ring friday to see if anything scanned on, just want to know my docs are on system n then begin the wait for the decision!! ,

AdmiralCLingus · 17/06/2015 16:18

There's loads of people on that beat the banks and bailiffs site someone upthread mentioned, saying they haven't had theirs either baby, due to the banks, so please try not to panic too much (I know its easier said than done)

Mum, I think the deadlines have been extended at their end (did someone mention that in this thread too??) to accommodate the backlog, but there is FUCK ALL they can say if you have proof of when it was signed for?

Got it morgan, fucking lying pack of cunts they are!!!!

Someone at work the other day made a statement (in reference to our managers lol) that seems very apt here

they couldnt organise a piss up in a brewery for an alcoholic

babyalan13 · 17/06/2015 16:40

Iol admiral! I went to bank this morning they can't see pending payments. So don't no. Am ringing hmrc now again on my husbands phone. He has 100 minutes so fingers crossed! 3rd time lucky! I need to speak to someone. Am that far threw I don't even think if they tell me my payments haven't stopped I don't think I'll feel much better. Because with concentrix it could still happen. And now being of sick from work feel so guilty

zolabud81 · 17/06/2015 16:41

Hi can anyone help I get paid cash and when I phoned up I said I get paid cash so do I need to send bank statements they said no just send your p60 with let from my work saying hours I work and that I get paid cash. But do u think they will still turn round and ask for statements??. They received my paperwork on the 8th on June as I sent it recorded delivery and it's still not scanned on system please any help would be appreciated I got 8 weeks left of my pregnancy and this is causing me great stress. They said they will stop payments on the 4th of July I don't know Wat to do

12fedup12 · 17/06/2015 16:42

Mumdad5 I was told a 2 - 3 week back log scanning documents onto system then upto another 28 days to assess case, I asked about what would happen if not been done by deadline and they said not to worry payments won't be affect as the problem is at their end and I returned documents and have prove

I got through to them today straight away on option 3. The guy was lovely and said payments won't stop even if it got to the deadline as I have sent in the documents they asked for. He said it should all be sorted in 2 to 3 weeks.
