Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

Service status having problems with debts and credits

Award finalised confirmed over the phone. Issued today so will follow in post. From Concentrix closing claim Monday its took 3 days to finalise renewal.

Payments going down £9 a month.

Lets hope that's it for now well at least until next year!

major problem across lots of banks, don't panic, They should fix problem and pay money in today!

Natwest are a disgrace - payments and IT issues all the time. So glad I switched away from them after years of being a customer. They really are shocking.

try calling your bank rather than the tax credits people, as others have said theyve got problems with their system. They have said that they wont charge anyone for going overdrawn or having DDs returned.

So, Ive had two more letters off HMRC this week.... one to renew my closed claim?? and they state they have been given my final salary by my employer for 2014-15, so why do I need to tell them the same thing aswell???
the second one was another renewal form... for my new claim??
WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK ARE THEY DOING???? They just dont seem to know their arse from their elbow.
I did the renewals on line but now I'm so scared of them fucking it all up again I dont know if I should send the paper forms as well? Or will that just confuse matters?

I'm so fed up of the control they have over us all, even when they've finished their checks, theres no rest from it as you just dont know what is coming through the door next!!!

And they still haven't coughed up the charges they owe me

What a morning. Think I've kinda had bit of breakdown. Went to doctor he's put me of sick for 2 weeks. Got diaspan!! Went to bank they did say system are down and nothing is showing up that anything has went in. So I don't no if they have stopped paying me. Or its a bank error. Definitely can't get through to hmrc. Don't no what to do might try concentrix

Am the same admiral I had to renew again!! For last year. Just got msg from hmrc saying thanks for renewal but I already renewed in may!! I've 2 text msg of them now saying thanks for renewal one in may and one today am so confused

been on phone now a full hour!!! its a joke. defo nit 20 min wait.. does anyone know if hmrc can deal with question regarding things with concentrix

Am on hold 40 minutes at the moment. Am going to have to hang up cause my minutes are near up. Was on hold for an hour to hmrc earlier and they ended the call

Its looks like am not going to no either way! Its impossible to get through. Nothing showing in bank. Bank says it may be sat before anything shows up

Its awful!! I no bucking man 45 minutes now!!! Am goingto get cut of I no it!! I see at start of msg on concentrix they mentioned the bank situation! My problem is I don't no if its the back or concentrix!! Diasapan not working!!! Let me no if you get through!

This is really awful!!!! And am of work for 2 weeks due to stress now. Doctor actually phoned earlier to see how I was really must of thought o was having a nervous breakdown. I really hope its the bank and not hmrc

Honestly so many people havent had any money, not just tax credits but all sorts

Everyone is probably also trying to ring concentrix and tax credits cause of this.

The bank have to let you draw on the money if its a regular payment.

And how can the banks say Saturday do they know some people have zero money at all and rely on benefits to buy food !!

he mentiond about the banks, said people are looking at saturday befor payments show... mine finally on system which sent 28th may not recorded said should get all docs bak within couple days and if ring next wk should have been finalised, but as can see no probs with what sent

The bank are still allowing u to take money out against what you usually get. I just hope its the bank. I might feel better if I could speak to someone. Might see if I can borrow someone's house phone. But am in a bad state and don't want to see anyone
