A letter from concentrix part 3

Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

Zola just send what they've asked for with a covering letter explaining everything else. Baby any news yet? Ha ha Admiral you always make me smile even when I'm in tears. They make us paranoid about everything don't they. I really don't think anyone should worry unless their payments are stopped and no it's not easy to say I'm scared to death I won't get through this i wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Hi yes Morgan I sent a covering letter saying that I spoke to someone from your company and I told them I get paid cash they said just get a letter from your work saying u get paid cash every Friday with a copy of your p60 and that I didn't have to send my bank statement so that's what I have done and what I wrote in my letter will this be ok I sent it recorded delivery and they received it on the 8th of June as some one signed for it but they ain't scanned it yet I'm petrified and only got 8 weeks till I give birth

I got through to hmrc! He was really nice! I was very confused then I confused him!! Because of my whole maternity thing I had changed my income figure for the past 2 years!! But anyway he said concentrix haven't stopped my payments which obviously is good. Just my bucking bank now. So am now on hold to concentrix to see if they have signed my document s on yet. They have them over 2 weeks so hopefully I get someone decent now on phone. If I get through!

That all sound OK Zola. I didn't have time sheets either. I phoned them to explain this he said they understand that everyones employment works different. Aww aye. The nice Mab from hmrc said they do pick people from random and try not to take it personally. He said the employment one is pretty straightforward and if they have any issues they will contact employer if that makes any one feel better

That's great baby, when did you send your documents to concentrix and when did they get them, I phoned again this morning and they still weren't on there, they signed for them on 5th June. Was also told yesterday that the people who take the mail in Lancing and are responsible for scanning onto system were only up to mail recieved on 28th May! Let us know what concentrix say x

Thanku everyone!! This site is a god send especially today. I posted mine on the 1st June they received on the 2nd June.am on hold now 24 minutes to concentrix. I'd say my husbands 100 minutes will run out soon. But feel better for trying. Hmrc also said they have to send out renewal within the 8-10 week framework. So I'd say they are pushing for concentrix to hurry along.I hope so anyway

Well I got through to concentrix!! Strange and waste of time conversation!! He said documents not signed on system yet. They have only started to sign on the end of may documents! I told him am going on holiday in July so I wouldn't b able to get post. He asked the dates. I told him. He then asked were. I told him portrush! He said aww well I'll not be running into u them weeks am going the last week of August!! Bit random! I no. But he said he will put a note on system that am going on holiday so they won't disturb me!!! Wtf! I need to no!!! Buy that conversation I doubt it will be sorted by then!!!

Really bad we are half way threw June and still scanning documents they got at the end of May. Not sure if I should keeps phoning every morning or start calling every 2 - 3 days

Zola that sounds fine you've done what they've asked so you just have to play the waiting game. Baby they've only got themselves to blame for this complete farce. They obviously haven't got enough staff so why have they done this. I'm disgusted and saddened by all of this not just for myself but all the new ladies joining these threads. And just for the record they lie too they lied to me about ringing my employer,they lied to me yesterday on the phone saying they can't do anything until my appeal has reached them despite the fact I'm moving on Friday into social housing. Then they lied to my mp today saying I should ring them on Friday when I've moved my three suitcases 2 boxes and my dd!!! Shame on them

They received my docs 20th may scanned 27th may and finalised Monday 15th June and my renewal was finalised today so fingers crossed it's about 2 weeks

Just reading through part 3 of this thread. Concentrix is such a collossal cock up and seems to be getting worse and worse! I was told my case closed and they would inform hmrc for my renewal....seems like saga carries on. Plus still no returned documents even though they reckon they sent them week and half ago.
God Babyalan you must have had a terrible day! Just seen your bank was mentioned in the news. Timing couldn,t have been worse.

Try n get a good nights sleep baby I'm sure it will be ok once the banks have sorted their mess out yet again!! I sent my appeal form off yesterday n they received it today had to send it to Bradford this time! And so the waiting begins again.

Well I'm well and truly in the shit. I have been asking dp for his bank statements ever since these cowboys asked me for all my statements and my dps statements.

I have been taking money out of my account and putting it in to dps account for certain bills.

He's been gambling with the money. It shows payments going in, him spending it at William hill and his winnings.
He's then gambling again with his winnings.

I had no idea. This was last year and he no longer gambles. They're not going to be happy are they?
One if the winnings is £1000 which is promptly put back into William hill.

I could kill dp!!! I think I'm going to cry.

Has anyone had any success with the media picking this up? The whole fucking world need to know what an utter ballsack of an operation these thundercunts are running, and the effect that it is having on people!!! And the after effects it is causing... the anxiety to do shopping or buy anything in case theyve made a mistake and want all the money back!!!

The lunatics are definitely running that asylum arent they
