Hi cwest unfortunately if they've asked for bank statement you will probably have to sent them. I do online banking n went into the bank n hy printed them off for me. It really is worth giving them what they ask for s it could delay things. They ask for bank statements to prove you're financially independent. Join us on the next thread to this a letter from concentrix part 4 n good luck

babyalan13 · 25/06/2015 21:40

Yes best to send everything. My bank. Ulster bank posted mine free. Worth a try. Good luck. I think the employment check might be the easiest if that's any help

Cwest88 · 26/06/2015 08:27

I'm just worried because my ex partner father to my children had put money in my bank for me when I have been struggling he has got me a few kind and transfered it into my bank and then I pay him back abit a week ,, so they will ask why I am receiving money from him

babyalan13 · 26/06/2015 10:25

I don't no if they will. Cause my bank statements were quite interesting! Between eBay and wedding money I received! And nothing has been said!

12fedup12 · 26/06/2015 17:05

Hi cwest88 I am also having the emplyment/hours check I got my letter 4th of June the same day I sent by next day delivery payslips from April 14 - April 15, letter addressed to myself from my employer in 2013 changing my contracted weekly hours (I increased them and this letter now formed that part of the contract), I also sent paper copy of my annual renewal this was all signed for on the 5th.
The next day I sent a further letter first class containing my original contract and p60, later on that day I also sent a them a letter dated 5/6/15 from my employer confirming how many hours I work which matches the letter from 2013. Hopefully they got these on the 6th as they were sent first class.

My letter didn't ask for any bank statements and in phone calls in which I have told them what I have sent they have said I have sent them more than enough.
Some of us having these checks haven't been asked for bank statements and some have, also some of those people who have been asked to send the bank statements have called concentrix and been told they don't actually need to send them. I think you should phone them and tell them what documents you have and ask do they need the statements or is what you can provide them with enough. If you do call make sure you keep a note of the date, time and who you spoke to for future reference.

When is your deadline, let us know how you get on just so you are aware there is now a part 4 of this thread that you might want to join in with as I think most of us have moved over onto that one.

Hi

star25652 · 27/06/2015 21:00

concentrix do not know what they are doing in my opinion. my phone bill is triple what it should normally be this month thanx to me having to ring them half a dozen times, giving them info ive already given them. tired now of all this. been going on since april when i first got a damn letter! last saturday got all my bank statements back, and another brown envelope with a letter from concentrix in the same lot of mail. this letter telling me i had a week to send everything back to them again! rang them (waited an hour on hold) to be told they wanted more info regarding my tenancy agreement! turns out they were querying another womans name on my tenancy that i hadnt declared! well i wouldnt declare her as she was the lady i did a mutual exchange with!!! omg! so cleared that up, guy says he satisfied with my explanation and would sign it off and would get my renewal through post. the end u think? oh frigging no!! get a letter yesterday again from concentrix wanting more fffing info now about bloody taxable benefit i have. only the info thats already logged on the frigging system!!!! so another hour long wait on hold!!! the woman i get next is stupid! she tells me she cant see the info on her system it must be on the system in the other department waiting to be sent over to her. still had to give the tracking number from my receipt tho from when i sent all the statements for bank and all bills! i told her they had already been put on the system (must have otherwise they wouldnt have seen the tenancy agreement saga) and had now been sent back to me recorded delivery last weekend! she then tells me "ok then its fine, you should receive a decision letter shortly and wont be asked for any more info" i replied are you sure about that as if there is anything else that needs to be asked id rather get on with it whilst im on the phone now after being on hold for an hour to get through to her! theres nothing else that needs to be queried she says! so....... with a bit of luck i might get that letter through this week! or not!!! that is my experience of concentrix so far! when this is all over, i will be invoicing them for the cost of my calls and what i have spent sending all the info they asked for too! hows everyone else getting on?

12fedup12 · 27/06/2015 21:48

They signed for my documents on 5 of June and still not been scanned on to system as they have a backlog!

I had phoned daily for updates between 8th of June and 19th of June about wheather my documents had been returned as worried about not getting them back!

held off phoning this week until Thursday phoned again yesterday and today still no joy on when documents will be scanned.

So worried how documents getting lost I am making myself feel ill!

Mine was employment/hours check and all information I sent backs up that I'm working, that I work the hours I told them I do and my earnings are what I told them, so I know I shouldn't worry but can't help it especially when hey have all my private documents and I didn't think to make copies!

Hi 12fedup12 sorry for delay in replying. I received a one-off payment with my tax credits this week so I rang HMRC and got through to them quite quickly, Concentrix have actioned a change of circs that I informed them of but that's ALL they have done - according to HMRC they haven't processed my documents yet. Groan. I didn't bother to ring Concentrix again after that news.

Beth1972 · 13/07/2015 22:18

Hi, been trying to get through all day, just kept in que, then cut off. I have my renewal on hold, because they want me to call them. I have co-operated by writing, but I have been told by HMRC I need to talk direct. It's impossible!!

andy74 · 11/01/2016 14:26

Hi, I got a letter from Concentric just before Christmas saying they had reason to believe I had someone living with me. I sent everything in they asked for and sent it recorded delivery which cost me a fortune. I also sent them a gp letter saying I have PTSD and anxiety / panic disorder and did not appreciate receiving such a nasty threatening letter. I.ve noticed on here there are no post about concentrix after June last year. I spoke to hmrc and told them I had only lived at my current address a year and why was I still down as Mrs when I have been divorced 4 years. I.m not even contacting Concentrix, after reading on here it seems pretty pointless.

andy74 · 11/01/2016 14:27

Zizi, have u sent your documents in yet?

fuzzywuzzy · 11/01/2016 14:33

I got a letter just before Christmas stating they wanted a whole list of documents from me by Jan 7th, I sent everything bar telephone bills in as I had online billing and then Talktalk went down and I can't access my billing online anymore.

I did add a letter telling them I was unable to send them phone bills but they had everything else.

Zizi I also have a joint account however it is frozen and linked to my mortgage, I won't be able to remove ex from it till I re-mortgage and I am currently not in a position to re-mortage. I added a letter stating this also a copy of the final divorce judgment regarding finances.

Have not heard anything yet.

They didn't even give a reason why they wanted all these documents from me just that they felt they could be overpaying me (I do not get masses from them at all)!

andy74 · 28/01/2016 15:29

Well I got the dreaded letter the 23rd December, sent everything off 7th special delivery, had my decision letter today. No changes to my tax credits. Big big sigh of relief. Only problem now I.ve done massive amounts of overtime this month just in case so have informed hmrc which has reduced my tax credits next month. Anyway I am happy and relieved.Smile

themumfairy · 02/02/2016 11:22

Happy for you Andy.
I too received my letter December with a deadline of 9th Jan. Sent it off Jan 4th recorded delivery but still haven't heard anything. Bit worried now
