A letter from concentrix part 3

Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

Am the same fed up. I find when am at work it helps! Keeps my mind of it. Am awful at weekends! Don't want to spend money in case! Am of all summer to. Need this sorted for july

Well just thought I would update reply from concentrix today no changes to my award I too had another adult living with you letter they are a bunch of twats by looking through someone's bank statement if
you pay all the bills what do they hope to find. I wish everyone on here the best of luck the whole process took from may the 1st till today

Thank you, hoping it's sorted before children finish school for summer, my documents aren't even on system yet and they signed for them on the 5th of June

So just got off phone from concentrix again, items still not on the system and been told that the company in Lancing who take the mail and are responsible for uploading documents has informed them today that they are currently only onto uploading mail received on 28th of May

Aww nah!! No point me phoning then! This is going to take along time to sort. So stressful. Rung hmrc today. They won't issue final award notice till concentrix past it through

i sent mine the 28th so hopefully mine should be on shortly... tried ringing couldnt get through what ootion di you go for now

its peoples lives they are dealing with here what with the systems down lies they tell its beyond a joke

Hmrc updated my maternity on their system. Bit confused cause I thought if concentrix was dealing with u they wouldn't update anything. It cost me £10 to ring and I ended up running out of credit!! I think I'll leave ringing concentrix till end of month

Well the letter dated 9th June turned up today and it wasn't very nice wording think they need to re word their shitty letters! Saying that basically they needed more info cause I failed to tell them during my renewal of I had any changes wel I didn't so I wouldn't. Also if the info isn't received by 23rd my payments will stop and I'll have to pay back all my tax credits! Talk about threatening when I have done nothing but comply with them! I've rang and spent a fortune on calls and postage. Always on time then I rang since and they said case closed so do I ignore the letter or ring again tomorrow to make sure case is closed or shall I ring hmrc and find out if my renewal now done. I am tempted to complain about the tone of their letters tbh

When I rang hmrc other day I specified can he see my child care info from concentrix he said yes! I said when is my final award coming he said deadline is 22nd so I am ringing Friday to see if it's been done!

Am really confused!! Topped up again so now got myself a new bundle! I've 100 free minutes! Lol happy days. If said your case is closed then is it not? Phone now!! They don't close till 8

The letter is dated before they told me case closed is all I think
