Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

I was on hold 56 mins earlier chose option 4 I've written on the old post. The new menu options are rubbish now they obviously don't want to speak to anyone!

I agree I think the new menu is trying to stop people getting through to them, I have been selecting option 5 and getting through

I had to screenshot my bank statements because my phone wouldn't let me download them.

They won't be accepted will they?

My bank will charge me for old statements and I can't afford it.

The girl told me they have spent so long on their callls they haven't reached their quota of descion said that hmrc have extended their time limits .. I had to resend my bank statements to after 6 weeks as they said the print screen wasn't good enough . My deadline is tommo eventhi I got their letter thu so less than a week but they took 6 to write to me absolute piss take I sent them sat by recorded delivery and it's saying they haven't signed for them or taken delivery . So have to phone again tommo

Mypubes I bank with the Halifax they didn't charge me for copies.scousejo If its still showing they haven't received them tomorrow give the post office a ring they might be able to shed some light on where your letter is.

Ladies I know what you're all going through I've had no tax credits since 26th march,if you've had one of these letters please try and put a little something away each week and stock up on basics just in case the worst happens,n remember if you ring get a name and if you post get proof

Baby the first thing you need to do is get a pen n paper then ring them at 8. Get the name of the person you're speaking to and ask them if they come out with the usua,l our systems are down! ask to speak to a manager. Let us know what's said,I'm at work til 2 but ill come back on here when I get home and see what you've said x

Baby if you bank with natwest that's prob why your payment not showing ?

Yes that was what I was going to say...... If you are with Natwest its the bank rather than tax credits!!!

Google Natwest missing payments

Nah Ulster Bank says am over drawn cause my bills went out

id ring your bank regardless too enquire

Your payment not showing prob will be as Ulster is part of rbs natwest .

It has affected Ulster too and so thats probably why...... Would imagine it will be in later today
