Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

babyalan13 · 23/06/2015 18:47

Lol!! Fed up think we should!!!

babyalan13 · 23/06/2015 18:48

And hopefully by the end of thread 4 ours will all be over!!!!!

stresshead99 · 23/06/2015 18:48

I am worried if I ring them they'll give me bad news which I'm not ready to handle over the phone. A letter is more anonymous, easier to deal with in a way. I am off work tomorrow but have medical appointments, I am hoping the decision will follow soon. Why would they keep paying you after returning your documents? I mean how long between scanning your stuff and making the decision is it? Baby, I hope you get paid tomorrow, we were on the same time scale. I sent my stuff in May 22nd and they didn't have it May 26th when I rang but sometime between May 26th and June 6th, some one has done something x

12fedup12 · 23/06/2015 18:52

We can only hope baby!

Stresshead I would have thought that was plenty of time for them to do it in

Aye true stress head they received mine 2nd June but when I phoned last week they hadn't even opened mine!!so fingers crossed. Think I might phone Friday to!!

Mypubesarestraight · 23/06/2015 18:59

Thanks ladies Smile my mind is at ease for now.

I've got the housing benefit people coming out to me on Tuesday too. I can't wait for this to be over!

ciaraDon · 23/06/2015 19:04

Remember that documents are scanned and sent back before they are properly looked at. Being scanned doesn't mean being asessed, it's a process. Jos were scanned 6 weeks before they got round to her case and asked her to resend bank statements. Mine were scanned 4 weeks before they actually looked at mine. I think it depends on the aptitude of the case worker assigned to us, some of us have been lucky and had quick resolutions while some of us have been hanging since April. Mine has only been (semi) resolved because I phoned hmrc to ask for info to find that Concentrix hadn't renewed my award even though theyd had my renewal for weeks. Patience really is a virtue when dealing with this shambles of a company.

Scousejo1967 · 23/06/2015 19:15

Yes hon I agree I have waited since 5 th may scanned my docs and now I'm back in the que as resent my bank statements yesterday . I'm not putting my life on hold and I'm prepared for another long wait

Well if they are checking for a single person discount on council tax that would be me stuffed then.
I only actually claimed working and child tax credit. I didn't claim housing benefit, council tax benefit, nothing. I only claimed what I actually needed and nothing more. All bills, including council tax are in my name and my name alone. But copies of all that plus my mortgage statement to prove I was paying mortgage was not enough to prove I was a single parent. Not sure what would have been enough.

Morgan97 · 23/06/2015 21:57

jgrn that's crazy how can all that you sent not be enough, have they actually stopped your money too? I've started a new thread letter from concentrix part 4 before this one reaches the 1000 mark. Have you been in touch with your mp?

smokie19 · 23/06/2015 21:58

i had to send it along with my mortgage statement and bank statements, its all a farce

Morgan97 · 23/06/2015 22:00

Yes it's a farce they haven't a clue what they're doing,we are being penalised for going to work! Don't they realise what a drain on the system it would be if we wasn't working stupid half wits they are lol

smokie19 · 23/06/2015 22:06

i did ring hmrc earlier and he said my payments are goin out as friday 19th but been getting them anyway, i dnt understand it. my deadline was the 18th heard nothing through post and hmrc cnt tell you much as have too ring concentrix, but tried and was constantly engaged. when icrang last wk he said everything looked fine and only queried one account as ti where money come from, i told him if he looks at account number payd from he would be able tio answer his own question as i transfer dla across . idiots. its a circus that place

smokie19 · 23/06/2015 22:07

well if there stip mine i shall just head too nearest tax office and sit wait till get answers.

babyalan13 · 23/06/2015 22:10
