nickinoo34 · 23/06/2015 12:16

Just got of the phone to tax credits took an hour! But there a delay between concentrix and tax credits so he just got my details up my concentrix check was all ok and they have reinstated my payments.
Mine was another adult living here thing, I have my mobile in my daughters dads name due to my appalling credit!
Funny thing is they asked for 12 months of bank statements and bills all I sent was a screen shot of the bills in my name my tenancy agreement and no bank statements at all. The whole thing is bloody stupid and Iv put weight on stress eating! I might sue!

babyalan13 · 23/06/2015 12:20

Aww thank god!!!!! You must be pleased? So have you got the money now? Was it a mistake on their half?who did you phone?

ciaraDon · 23/06/2015 12:24

Great news Nikki ! But shows just jow badly these checks are being handled.

zolabud81 · 23/06/2015 12:30

Baby did u not read what Morgan wrote she had her payments stopped even though she had sent her in by recorded delivery so things wrong with this concentrix can't treat people like this its appalling

12fedup12 · 23/06/2015 12:31

Great news Nikki, so pleased for you

babyalan13 · 23/06/2015 12:32

Aww I no poor Morgan's stopped in march. I just don't understand all this. We claim tax credits for a reason!! We need them!

zolabud81 · 23/06/2015 12:34

Morgan had hers stopped in march ???

babyalan13 · 23/06/2015 12:35

Yes unfortunatelySad

12fedup12 · 23/06/2015 12:36

I know all my paperwork backs up the information they hold for me and will all be fine but just can't get rid of these feelings of worry and stress it's ridiculous when I have done nothing wrong and like I said everything I have sent them will match with the info, just hoping mine gets uploaded this week and then done very quickly after that would be so nice if it was over with by this time next week but I don't hold out much hope of that!

babyalan13 · 23/06/2015 12:37

Zola if you have time read through the 1st and 2nd threads of concentrix!!! All in the section of money matters

zolabud81 · 23/06/2015 12:46

Oh sorry baby so u don't think it will affect us

Rainboww · 23/06/2015 12:46

Please can I just say how disgusting it is to be actuali told u live with someone it's ruined the back end of my pregnancy just gave birth had to take my 1 week old baby to a library to get bank statments printed off in time for the 20th June they asked for tenancy agreement and council tax bill for last year which is stupid because I don't know what information or evidence they get from this . I think they don't understand how worrying this is for people with young children to support I use mine genuinely for food nappies etc and to think they might stop is making me so unwell I haven't heard anything as yet posted recorded but I don't think it makes a difference to them they will tell you anything it's become clear that we are the targets and they will stop at nothing to save money and not pay genuine people .

nickinoo34 · 23/06/2015 12:54

I called tax credits themselves and its concentrix fault for being so slow, yes very happy now it's a 2 month stress and constantly feeling everything is going tits up over!
But now my 17 year old son has come home from work just had a fight in the street because someone said he was staring at him! So one stress ends and another begins!!!

Mypubesarestraight · 23/06/2015 12:56

Just got off the phone to citizens advice. As I said in previous comments on this thread, Dp had a gambling problem unbeknown to me. He hasn't gambles in over 6 months.

The advisor said that this will be classed as an income and i will probably lose part if not all of my tax credits. I will possibly be billed for an overpayment.

I earn £10'000 and rely on tax credits as dp refuses to work.

I don't know what we're going to do Sad

smokie19 · 23/06/2015 12:57

thats what there requested from me, cooncil tax bill shows your single person discount, i had too provide all bills too prove in my name and statements, pay all my bills through bank, when i rang last wk i was told looks all fine doesnt see a problem and will get them bak, im still waiting, nothing in post today. its a complete effing joke.

Mypubesarestraight · 23/06/2015 12:58

I can see me swinging on the end of a rope. I'm having a breakdown.

I had no clue

nikkif80 · 23/06/2015 13:09

Don't let it get you down.
I worried myself sick and it was all ok in the end.

Honest its not worth breaking down over.
If you keep in touch with them you will find out stuff straight away and post is taking too long!

Rainboww · 23/06/2015 13:10

Has anyone had bank statments which were printed accepted as when I've read people said they ask for the official bank ones and don't continue your claim without them. These would cost me £12 from HSBC after paying posting twice it's a joke and they just read same as online banking print offs

smokie19 · 23/06/2015 13:14

i just sent ones from bank, i requested full yr on All me accounts. havent been charged im with natwest

SonnyCorleone · 23/06/2015 13:37

Hi everyone

I received the childcare letter on 13th May. The letter was dated 4th May.
My deadline was 3rd June.

I sent my contract and all receipts for the year in question. I also sent a copy of the original/master contract and copies of the original/master receipts (provided by my childminder). I posted them by special delivery and they were signed for on 29th May.

I called on 1st June and was told my docs hadn't been scanned yet but my tracking number was added to my case so I wouldn't miss my deadline.

As I'd not heard anything, I called three times yesterday and was cut off each time after an hour!

I finally got through this morning after 1hr 45 mins!

The person I spoke to said my documents were scanned on 15th June! They asked if I'd received my docs back yet and when I said no, they wouldn't confirm if they'd been sent. He looked at my case and said it was in the queue to be looked at and he couldn't give me a timeframe! He also said it could take up to three weeks from now to receive my docs back.

My receipts and contract all matched what I'd declared so I'm not worried about that but my parents help me pay my childcare so I'm not sure if I can get into trouble for that. I pay a monthly amount which my parents contribute to. I pay by bank transfer and my parents pay by cash. As mentioned, I have provided four receipts for each of the 12 months, mine and my parents receipts for each month and copies of the childminder's receipts. Do you think this will be ok?

Thank you

nikkif80 · 23/06/2015 13:44

Yes i think you will be fine with that, as long as you have proof the full amount you claim matches what you pay i dont think it matters if you pay cash or bank transfer.

I think you will be fine.

I sent printed statements from my online banking.

SonnyCorleone · 23/06/2015 13:49

Thank you. My payments all match up and I have every single receipt, I was just worried that I might get into trouble as the cash payment each month are paid by my parents. The receipts state who payed so there are twelve with my name on and twelve with my mums name on.
