Rainbow online banking print offs are fine mine were rejected as I screen printed them

12fedup12 · 23/06/2015 14:03

Baby you could try going into your bank and asking if they can see any payments due to hold into your account don't see why they couldn't do it in person

My husband is going down to check!! Nerves wrecked!!! Am Panicking now thinking about my eBay payments! With the other girl saying that CBS said that the gambling money is counted as income!! I've only made 1500 in the year. But I'd say they will take that into income now which is unfair cause its my children's old clothes and toys!

12fedup12 · 23/06/2015 14:13

I didn't think they could if you are Only selling on your old items, have you goggled it might be able to find out.
Fingers crossed your bank is one of the ones that can tell you what is due to go into your account the next day. I am so grateful I have that facility on my internet banking, mind you I was still up at 3am today to check my payment for tomorrow.
Let me know if they can tell, I am really hoping they can so you don't have yo spent all night worrying x

Maybe I'll tell my husband not to bother!!

jonny82 · 23/06/2015 14:37

Ours Was signed for on 10th but not on system yet he said will be next week he thinks.

We sent in 12 month payslips letter from employer stating working 40 hrs and p60. We didn't send bank statements as they would take 2 weeks to come when I called I got told that was fine and statements are only if you can't get payslips etc.

They had my partner down working 31 hrs but she has worked 40 for ages and the income declared on renewal every year has always been correct , I stated to the guy that it doesn't matter If you work 31 hours or 40 it doesn't affect your claim its only if you go below 30 it causes problems he said yes that's correct.

I remember ringing the main helpline few years ago saying if someone works 30 or 40 hours does it change the claim he said no only if you go below 30 because of the element or something.

Our claim is 100% correct and all payslips match up with p60 etc so I hope th a won't be a problem but then I think how can it be if it doesn't affect the money you get .

I hope you all understand what I mean lol

jonny82 · 23/06/2015 14:41

They also did our renewal and Said they will update hours from 31 to 40 when they do renewal .

The thing is it makes no difference to the claim at all as long as income declared Is correct.

Has anyone had a completed renewal from them.

babyalan13 · 23/06/2015 14:41

Jonny yours all sounds all fine. Don't think u have anything to worry about

babyalan13 · 23/06/2015 14:42

Nah no completed renewal and I renewed 1st may

12fedup12 · 23/06/2015 14:50

Jonny I'm same as you didnt need to send back statements wasn't asked for them.

I sent letter from employer confirming my hours worked a week, my contract from 2011, payslips and p60.

Everything matches my renewal form and is 100% correct aswell so just hoping they get it done quick as should be very quick and easy to do.

Like you my payslips match the amount on my p60.

Mine was signed for on the 5th so five days ahead of you.

The thing is they have created a massive amount of work for them selves and by the sounds of it they can't cope. What about deadlines ? Ours is 2nd July and they have special del number and proof of Sig.

What an absolute fucking balls up this is .

jonny82 · 23/06/2015 14:55

Ah Fedup our sounds similar then apart from the days sent lol.

Yes it depends for me I think who u get on the phone , some say employment check straight forward and are quite nice. Others seem to just want to get home.

I can't get mad at the people on the phone as they aren't to blame for the massive back log .

12fedup12 · 23/06/2015 14:56

Jonny they can't finalise the renewals until the checks by concentrix are finished. Once they finish the check and close the case it goes back to hmrc and renewal gets finalised. So we are all playing the waiting game to have checks finished so we can get our new awards

OP posts:
jonny82 · 23/06/2015 14:57

Babyalan hope all goes well for you.

12fedup12 · 23/06/2015 14:59

My deadline is 3rd July, items sent special delivery and signed for

OP posts:
zolabud81 · 23/06/2015 14:59

Jonny82 I get paid cash so I didn't send bank statements as I get paid cash not into bank so all I sent was my p60 from my employer and a letter from him saying I get paid cash and how many hours I work per week told concentrix and they said that's fine because I sent my p60 and a letter from employer. They received it on the 8th of june but still not scanned on its just a waiting game but every time I ring up they say payments won't be stopped due I sent by recorded delivery and they have proof I sent it

jonny82 · 23/06/2015 14:59

Ah ok . . I thought as much.

I think the guy I spoke to Said they do the renewal too ?

Hmrc just send the paperwork.

babyalan13 · 23/06/2015 15:11

Didn't go to bank. Decided I couldn't bear it if they said they couldn't see anything! So need to wait till tomorrow morningSad

Morgan97 · 23/06/2015 15:26

Yes Zola they stopped my payments in march and sent me a letter two weeks later to tell me,maybe they thought I hadn't noticed. Mypubes please try not to worry I know it's not easy god knows I've spent the last two months worrying but it doesn't change anything. Pleased some of you girls are getting something positive back. Baby good luck with tomorrow,my child benefit goes into a nat west account, should of been there Saturday but its still not there. This is an absolute nightmare. Thank you all so much for your support.

Tango78 · 23/06/2015 16:02

Hello ladies I've just come off the phone from HMRC eventhough I've had my letter back from Concentrix to say no change to my award I've still not received my renewal. He said it was still processing and can take 10 weeks if you've had a compliance check. HMRC must have a huge backlog of renewals as Concentrix are so slow. The whole thing is ridiculous.
Just to let you ladies know I always received my monthly payments during the check so as long as you sent info back there shouldn't be a problem.
I know someone asked about bank statements they don't have to come from the bank I bank online and printed a years off and they accepted those. Good luck to everyone waiting

Tango78 · 23/06/2015 16:18

Morgan so sorry to hear that your child benefit has not gone in. Are Natwest still having problems? Have you rang them to see what's happened? So unfair for you especially when they've stopped your tax credits and it's money you'll rely on. Hope you get sorted soon.
