VJayMerrilyOnHigh · 22/12/2008 17:42

blue I hope it does come away very soon for you. My thoughts have been with you all day. Life is so cruel sometimes. x

mmulledwine · 22/12/2008 17:46

Blue I am so sad for you just now. It's bringing a lot back for me so I understand how you are feeling, sadly I remember it all too well. I pray it doesn't last for two weeks especially at this time of year, the cruelty would be unbearable for you. Hopefully the fact you have started to bleed means your body is beginning to recognise what is happening. Take time out, get some rest, do what you need to get thru this, I found stealing some extra cuddles from DD helped, I am sure DS would be willing to accomodate. Sending you big hugs from here .

VillageMum · 22/12/2008 20:37

Blue, I've just read your sad news and I'm devastated for you. I can imagine only too well what hell you're going through and all my thoughts are with you. I so hope that things begin to happen soon and that this passes as quickly as possible for you... even if you're not on MN, just know that I'm thinking of you so much, OK? Many many hugs. xxx

monkeybumsmum · 22/12/2008 21:16

Hi Blue I read about your sad news earlier, and just wanted to say how sorry I am for you that this should be happening again. I have been thinking about you all evening. I remember only too well the absolute heartbreak you must be feeling now. It's just not fair.

I'm sending you a big hug, and am willing you on to have the strength to get through this x

Curlywurlee · 22/12/2008 21:40

Blue I am so sorry to hear of your loss. It must be unbearable and there's nothing we can to say to help but just know that we are here if you need us. I am sending a massive hug your way.

Sorry to hear your news too Curious. That is so heartbreaking.

Lionstar · 23/12/2008 22:34

Was just catching up on the new thread, it started with such promise to hear vm, vjay and lixanis' news, but now am devastated for blue - so sorry you are going through this again.

Jools I have my fingers crossed for you that your pains may turn into something positive. If not I'll race you for trying for the first BFP in 2009. My first AF started last Friday, so reckon we'll be going for it in the first days of January.

Have just found out SIL is pregnant - about 7 weeks they think. She was over here about 4 weeks ago and I gave her full detail about my MMC - I hope I haven't scared her too much. We had simultaneous pregnancies last time, even had the same due date, so it's wierd how they fell pregnant this time too (when we should have been IYSWIM). DP thinks they are just copy-cats LOL.

Hi to everyone else out there, hope all your Xmas preparations are going well. Wishing you all comfort and joy and other festive stuff

Sabs1981 · 23/12/2008 23:27

JingleJools · 24/12/2008 14:14

Just diving in to wish everyone a Merry Christmas in case I don't get time tomorrow before we hit the road to my parents

On tenterhooks today - got a very very very faint line when peeing on a stick this morning. Tried again earlier and nothing, so am trying to hold out and use a ClearBlue Digi in the morning. It may be the last vestiges of MC or it may be a new one - too early to tell

Will be thinking of you Blue

gingermumi · 24/12/2008 15:54

JJ hope you get what you want for chrimbo! ood luck!!

gingermumi · 24/12/2008 15:54

Wishing you all the luck in the world for 2009 a very merry Christmas and a happy happy new year x x

Hello ladies, hope you are all having a good christmas. Just thought I would post my last for 2008 (sob!). Hope everyone has a good couple of weeks and we all have a much more positive 2009, with lots of BFP's and sticky beans!

Will miss you all lovely ladies....Especially sending lots of positive thoughts to the ladies having a hard time right now...

VillageMum · 26/12/2008 11:46

VJay · 27/12/2008 09:18

jools how have you got on?

blue thinking of you lots, sending you a special {{{{hug}}}}.

I've finally got a moment to myself, ds is on the wii and dh is in bed hungover, so no sympathy from me. I hope you are all having a nice Christmas

JingleJools · 27/12/2008 11:49

Morning !

I haven't tested yet . I keep thinking I am going to, but then worry that the faint line I got with FMU the other day was just an MC hangover and think I'll just wait a bit longer to see if I get a stronger result.

I told myself I will test if I get nauseous again - and felt quite odd at the gym this morning. I have also found that I CANNOT drink ! - tried red wine which I love - tasted like petrol, white wine just didn't taste good and I could cope with Bucks Fizz but couldn't drink champagne . However, I don't feel PG at ALL - no sore boobs, darkened areola, no excessive, weeing, no bloating...

I guess I'm scared to see a BFN, as last time I tested when looking for a BFP, I was 99% certain it would be positive - this time, I'm unsure. It doesn't really matter - I'm eating healthily, exercising and taking folic acid so a few days more of not knowing will not do any harm.

I'm wierd aren't I

VJay · 27/12/2008 12:10

Lol jools, it is scary, but I say just go for it xxx

Curlywurlee · 28/12/2008 18:19

Jools I'm heading to Devon tomorrow for a few days and won't have broadband.

No pressure but it would be lovely to know whether you get a BFP before then

Just kidding, do it when you're ready! But I'll have my fingers and toes crossed in the meantime

JingleJools · 28/12/2008 18:27

sorry - posted on a couple of other threads but didn't get round to this one

As expected, BFN This was on a ClearBlue Digital yesterday afternoon and, although not FMU, I hadn't had a wee for a few hours, so probably close to FMU standards. (oops - sorry if TMI !)

I can only assume that either the Sainsburys test was very sensitive and picking up miniscule amounts of residual hormones from the MC or was faulty.

I STILL feel very nauseous in the mornings, can't drink wine and am having hormonal sobbing sessions and mood swings, but I guess it is just a bug / my hormones waking up again. CD13 today I think (not sure what to take as CD1 after 8 days of very very light bleeding). I should be ovulating sometime between tomorrow and Wed if my cycle is back to normal, but no sign of EWCM so I guess it is just a waiting game and possibly a GP visit if I don't OV at all this cycle So frustrating when you see sooooooooo many BFP's rolling in. I should be looking forward to my 20 week scan right now - got the appt letter through yesterday

Have fun in Devon Curlywurlee - will see if I can have a BFP for when you get back

VillageMum · 28/12/2008 19:58

Oh Jools, really sorry to hear that it wasn't a BFP, but it is bound to be one soon, the way you know your body... what a crap thing to get that letter about the scan.

Hope everyone had a good Christmas... in spite of all my best intentions, and starting off so positively, I'm now full of worries about this pg because my last one miscarried round about now without me knowing it. Seeing a heartbeat at 7 weeks (scan is on 10 January) would be so reassuring because our last bean didn't even make it that far. Until then it's like waiting in a dark room - totally disorienting. Just trying to get through the next stretch...

How are you all? x

VJay · 30/12/2008 13:25

Wow it's very quiet in here. I hope it's because you are all enjoying Christmas.
vm I wanted to say I'm loving your book. I was going to tell you on the other thread, but didn't want to start a barage of quetions again.....unless you want me to

Curlywurlee · 30/12/2008 14:07

Hey Jools. I'm so sorry you didn't get a bfp. Try to stick in there girl, it will happen soon and we'll hopefully all be knickerwatching together within a few months.

Tried to post all day yesterday from my phone and it kept logging me out. Have now found wifi in the village pub but my battery is about to die...eek. Will be back later.

Big hello to VJ and Villagemum and hope everyone is having a lovely post xmas time
