A Manchester Meet up?

Seems there a few Manchester MNers who would like a meet up.

I know the SHineys are having one but feels wrong to gate crash if we haven;t posted!!

I;d love to come, but i have a phobia of the motorway

also, my working week changes frequently, with short notice, but once a date is fixed, i'll see what i can do

i tried to organise a sea side southport meet last year, but no-one could come

mondays good as DH can be persuaded to bring me to the trafford centre and he loves shopping !

what about monday the 8th?

ok, monday looking a favourite now...

would have to be back on the road by 2:45 though, to pick kids up

but this is informal, quick coffee/sandwich type thingy, yes ?

I will have space for you both- however I cannot get there till midday at the earliest, dd in nursery until 11.30

Where shall we go? Are we doing lunch? Too bad Dexter's is closed, they had a really big space and would have had room to push tables together.

if some of us get whereever we're going at 11, we can take over the area and scare everyone off so there is room for anyone coming later.

somewhere that does nice coffees, has plenty of space, doesn't mind if people linger and come/go at various points...

what about La Tasca...that place is big, plenty of room for buggies and has a "just hanging out" vibe
