Nottingham Castle - Summer holidays

Anyone fancy meeting up and having a picnic in the summer holidays at Nottingham castle - it's free to get in and there a lovely playarea and area to have a chat and picnic.

Hello, yep I'm up for it too! 2nd Aug onwards in the week is good for us, although Wed/Thurs are better days if I'm honest, as dd in nursery Mon n Tue!

I would love to come along with DD too, if possible.

I am on holiday betwen 20th JUne to 4th July, and also have week booked off (goigng to Dublin for part of it for first week in August.

Only day I can't do is Tuesdays.

Mondays and Fridays are my proper days off. But because I start my new flexible working hours in June, I can take Wednesday or Thursday off (and rearrange work) too - I just need a week or two's notice for it.

I work mondays and fridays so any other day would be fine with me. Looking at everyone elses schedules maybe wednesday the 3rd of august or thursday the 4th would be good.

As a Nottingham girl - I would love to come. I start back at work on 1st August - but will be off Thursdays and Fridays - so I can make it if it is either of those days.

I live in Grantham and would be free on the 11th but I have no idea how to get to Nottingham Castle (only usually do the Broadmarsh and Victoria centres). I usually catch the train to Notts as I do not know my way around. I have never been on a meet up either as I am fairly new to MN.
