@absopugginglutely the first time I did bootcamp, I stayed the same for weeks. In the end I stopped weighing myself completely until the last week (I think) and had somehow lost about a stone. Good luck, and KOKO. 
Hi all! I've been really busy, but have read and caught up. I find cheese and cream slow my weight loss down, and cream also makes my stomach bad. A little is ok, I just have to be careful.
I initially lose weight on my pot belly, but then that stops and I lose everywhere but there.🤷♀️
Anyway...remember how last week I was regaining some of the weight again?
I was really, super strict...made sure I wasn't accidentally eating too many carbs, cut out cheese, reduced cream and increased butter, had marmite drinks and 3 litres of water a day... and I still increased to a total of 4 lbs.
I was preparing myself to be happy that I'd lost 5 lbs in 4 weeks instead of 9...but...
Today, I've lost all 4 of those pounds, so I've (again) lost 9 lbs so far.

I'll have to carry on being strict though, as I'm now in the week before my period, when I also typically retain water and also want ALL THE FOOD. Hopefully, it won't be as bad on this woe, but i suppose I'm getting mentally prepared to regain those 4 lbs. 😭
