Morning all!

Here's the Spreadsheet

So we've got through the pesky weeks 3 and 4. Hopefully, if things have slowed or stopped for you, things will get going once more. Don't expect big losses each week though - losses will be around 1-2, possibly 3lbs each week (depending on how much you have to lose). But rest assured that each of those pounds will be fat.

And this is what a pound of fat looks like!

Hope you all have a good week Flowers

ShagMeRiggins, I know, I sound like I'm 15! But it's true - I really don't miss grains, or sugar at all.

LittleSwede · 17/11/2019 20:23

I'm finding I'm over grains too. DH made his own sourdough starter this week (my 'fault' as I bought him a book which contained the recipe) which culminated in a late night baking session on Friday. Did I eat any of it? Well, one teeny tiny bite just to sample. But that was is. And I used to LOVE sourdough bread. Don't feel deprived at all.

Food for tiday:
B - carbzone slice with butter and cheese (need to finish packet since I opened it Friday)
L - leftover moussaka made with courgette
D - roast pork leg with crackling, keto cauliflower cheese and a broccoli floret or two. Dry white wine.

I’m trying to drink loads of water today and I like picturing the fat going down the toilet when I wee!

I’m feeling more in control, I used to eat so I wouldn’t get hungry when I was out hiking, a pre-emptive kind of thing. Now if I get hungry I go with it for a while then have something sensible to eat. Hunger can be a natural state.

Monday weigh in sees me back to 124.6: 1.2lb down from last week, but that was a gain, and still only 2lbs off this bootcamp and 1lb more than my lowest so far this time.

Not a great day yesterday though- low carb porridge (coconut, ground almond, ground flaxseed, chia etc) before 5.5 mile run. Then a roast beef dinner out: poor quality (and selection of) veg and I ate pretty much everything. No pud but had a few bites of DHs. Omelette in the evening.

Away twice with work this week so will do my best to KOKO. At least I'm not gaining which I generally would be in November-December!

Hi everyone, I’ve been lurking but not contributing as have been dealing with a bit of stress with dd’s sport. Nothing like some of you bootcampers have been navigating but enough to derail me. But that’s mostly sorted now and the line has been drawn - today is my day 1!

B - Scrambled eggs avo salmon
L - chicken Greek salad hm coleslaw
D - tbc

Think I need to post food on here for accountability.

Wishing everyone a good week

I’m pretty good for today, steak and veg with butter for dinner.
