Can't believe this is the last week....it's gone so quickly
Weigh in today at 241.2lbs (-2.2lbs)

Craftypuss · 24/07/2017 07:37

Yes! 1lb down!! Think I got too used to faster results in the early days, I've been following this WOE for a year now. Need to add patience to the bootcamp rules!
A good NSV yesterday, too - about 3 months ago, I bought myself a swimsuit, deliberately too small - about 1 1/2 or 2 sizes too small. Yesterday I tried it on - and it fits very nicely. It's a double victory, as I've always had to buy swimsuits in 'larger' shops and this was a supermarket standard range. Very happy! Grin
I've enjoyed buying new clothes on this WOE - we have little spare money at the moment, so I've been doing the rounds of our local charity shops. I've never had such good quality (not designer, but Debenhams and M&S rather than supermarket), and I have the satisfaction of supporting good causes. And my first jeans in 35ish years, for 49p!
Will have to do the final weigh-in early, as we're off to stay with family for a fortnight.Haven't seen some of them for a year...ShockGrin

Well that was a surprise 3.75 loss this morning. I wasn't expecting that given how much I cheated this week.

cathyandclare · 24/07/2017 07:47

Well sone sw i'm still the same, but at the low end of my weight this BC despite a few spoons of Oppo and plenty of wine at the BBQ.

I think for me BCL keeps me steady, which is fine I feel good eating that way, I need to be stricter to actually lose weight. I'm aiming now to lose one pound before the end.

In September i'm holidaying in India. Recent holidays I've done BCL and haven't gained weight and sometimes lost because less chance to graze from the fridge ( I work from home.) In India everyone tells me not to eat meat, to reduce the risk of illness. Do I go veggie and allow pulses but not rice/naan or do I eat meat/fish?

cathyandclare · 24/07/2017 07:49

Well done Crafty and Cherry too :)

ragz134 · 24/07/2017 08:11

2lb down this week, making it 8lb this bootcamp which is pretty good as I've been doing this all year. 2lb until I'm no longer overweight, which I am hoping to shift before holiday in 3 weeks. Must drink more water...

Well done and good luck to all weighing today.

ASDismynormality · 24/07/2017 08:16

A loss here so feel a bit more motivated for this last week of bootcamp.

Bibs2014 · 24/07/2017 08:16

Eurgh 24 hours of carby twatdom took their toll! Need to be 10 7 or under next weigh in and that'll be half a stone lost!

Eggs
Ham salad
Out for dinner so more meat/veg
Blackberries if snack needed

Kleptronic · 24/07/2017 08:25

I need to lose 2.8lb in a week to get back to this Bootcamp's all-time low.

PlymouthMaid1 · 24/07/2017 08:33

Scales up a pound, could be strawberries and cream related.

OldBooks · 24/07/2017 08:40

Morning Namaste Bitches!

Great losses this morning you Stars

I am not weighing this morning but got myself a couple of size 14 tops in the sale as incentive and they already fit! They are a bit tight but still I am pleased with that!

Thanks for the birthday wishes for my DD, we had a lovely picnic with friends and family, easy to stay LC though I did have a small sliver of cake. It made me fart all evening Blush I suspect I have a bit if intolerance to wheat. I avoided leftover cake later on and had various spreads on lettuce leaves - goats cheese, pate, aioli. Strawberries and cream for dessert with some dark choc curls. Yum.

MOIST · 24/07/2017 08:45

Namaste Bitches.

I'm not weighing today as I've been up all night eating so not a true morning weigh. I'll do it tomorrow but fear my boozy weekend will tell.

I'm feeling slightly panicked at the thought of not having you around to keep me on the straight and narrow.

ilovecherries · 24/07/2017 08:46

Down 1.5 to 198.5. Not sure if 2.5 lbs in a week is feasible at this stage, but I would love to be under 196 (i.e. 13 stone something!) by next Monday. Not that it really matters, as I will be KOKO anyway, so if it doesn't happen next week, it will happen the week after. Total of 17.5 lbs and over 8% of my body weight so far. When Jim said at the beginning that she lost 20lbs last bootcamp, I thought 'yeah, right, as if that will ever happen to me' and here I am with it totally in sight. And the success isn't just in weight loss, but in the belief that I will carry on now, and that a healthy weight is possible again. I'm dreading bootcamp being over though, I wish I could roll right on into the next one. I always said I find the do group weight loss, hated SW and WW with a passion, but this has been so supportive.

ilovecherries · 24/07/2017 08:48

dont do group weight loss

bellalurgy · 24/07/2017 09:00

Morning all Grin

2lbs for me after nil last week bringing my total this BC to 12lbs so far. Not sure I'll make the full stone by next week as exercise is still curtailed but I'll give it a go!

Just finished the last thread - some great NSV's. C4 you have serious style. I too always look slightly dishevelled but not sure I care so much these days.

You're all looking great and shining with confidence.

KOKO and an extra push for the last week!

OldBooks · 24/07/2017 09:10

We are not going anywhere ilove and moist. Interim threads will run till next BC

BIWI · 24/07/2017 09:14

Just to reassure you all, we will still all be here, chatting, to give support when Bootcamp finishes.

Next week's chat thread will just continue until it fills up, and then we'll just start another one.

The next Bootcamp will start around Oct/Nov. Not sure of the dates yet.

Ooh here you all are !

Cathyandclare - have a lovely trip to India! I'm not sure about pulses - probably not a great idea. What's cheese like in India? And are there any places you can get decent meat once in a while?

OldBooks - how is it going for you? I haven't read much of the last few threads but I remember you from earlier on!

C4pinkwheels · 24/07/2017 09:38

BIWI thank you for the new thread

At last a 2lb loss for me after stalling for weeks. I'm very happy and so glad I stuck with this WOE.

Mimosa1 · 24/07/2017 09:40

Hurray! 2kg loss - i know it's always a lot in the first week so can't expect it going forward, but I'm really chuffed all the same Smile

starsky22 · 24/07/2017 09:58

Morning losers! Some really good results today, well done everyone!

I've had a woosh and lost 3lbs this week, I'm thrilled! That's 13lbs so far on bootcamp, hoping to lose another pound next week to make it a stone, I get a certificate for that right!? Wink

Seriously can't thank BIWI enough for doing this bootcamp and everyone on the thread for being so friendly and supportive. Was struggling on week 3 & 4 and would have given up if it wasn't for this thread and BIWI'S words of wisdom to keep going, which I did and it's paid off!

Veryflummoxed · 24/07/2017 09:59

Morning all. Thanks for the new thread BIWI. Last week, can't believe it. What a memorable bootcamp this has been. I'd forgotten it was Monday and didn't try my shirt on this morning or take a photo. I will make sure I do a final comparison next week. Last time I tried, definitely looser but still not wearable, button gap just across the boobs. However a second shirt (same make and size) is now wearable (just).

Well done all, and I'm another intending to be present on the follow on threads.

Userwithoutaname · 24/07/2017 10:33

Place marking for later ... well done everyone.

SayrraT · 24/07/2017 10:40

I've sts, need to try harder this week!

OldBooks · 24/07/2017 10:40

Hi nigellas I am doing well thanks, have lost 10 lbs so far which I am pleased with as I had a fair bit of carb creep at the beginning as I was getting used to the woe. The NSVs are best though, feeling loads better in myself Grin
