Great legs, ragz. Oh, and the dress looks lovely, too.

Grah0SoontobeaFatty · 24/07/2017 21:18

Hi Folks,

Thanks for the recipes on the last Thread, and to answer the questions about bra, cup sizes and piccies, I have 3 daughters, 2 sisters and wife and a host of Daughters friends call me otherdad -

See you all as websisters, so there is no impure thoughts.

Buying bra's from Bravissivo catalogue and spent several hours in their shop in Brighton. ( every time we go to England. ) is a regular occurrence. Even have a catalogue in my backpack I have to deliver to a friend as you can fly to England buy my wife 4 Bra's cheaper than buying them here.

Anyho, 2lb up this week, missed the ride and slipped on a 30c ice cream. But KOKO see if this week can be good. lost most of my holiday/work weight gain ( 18lb out of the 22lb+5lb) for this bootcamp so really happy.

Nice dress C4, Jim, and Ragz.

starsky22 · 24/07/2017 21:19

MOIST Your meatza looks awesome, definitely need to try that!

C4pinkwheels · 24/07/2017 21:34

starsky22 · 24/07/2017 21:36

Userwithoutaname · 24/07/2017 21:39

Thanks ILove. I'll try that. I'm making it to take on a five and a half hour train journey!

secretsignal · 24/07/2017 21:43

Evening all. Loving websisters, Grah. 2lb up, no great surprise after crappy weekend. Hey ho.

prettybird · 24/07/2017 21:53

Gorgeous dress Jiminy Flowers

My mum made my dress (she was a good dressmaker): I'd seen a dress designer whose dresses that I liked, but I wanted the top half of one style and the bottom half of another one. She did a really good job Smile

It's our 20th wedding anniversary next year (May) . We did have a marquee and a ceilidh and glorious weather. It was the perfect day.

You'll have a fabulous day jiminy. You've worked sooooo hard already and are still so focused. Smile

MOIST · 24/07/2017 21:55

Meat and cheese overdose combined with night-shift rhythm changes = very unhappy bowel.

Mandelinka · 24/07/2017 22:00

Well done on the losses ladies!

I'm back from my annual 2 week visit to my parents. 2 lbs up, which is ok. I had some fantastic home made food and lot of fruit from our garden, also few drinks and deserts. We don't see each other at Christmas so this was time to indulge.

AF is here so it's going to be hard to resist cravings, but I will try to get into ketosis quickly. I'd like to do a week of strict BC and than 3 day egg fast.

Happy to be back with you all! Flowers

OldBooks · 24/07/2017 22:01

Beautiful dress Jim and a lovely story that you will tell again and again.

Grah websisters, love it.

I am feeling vulnerable as only a visit from DM can make me Sad. However my trousers (Boden size 18) are falling off me. So that's good except that in a different style from a different shop I can't do up an 18. I wish sizing was standardised!!

Veryflummoxed · 24/07/2017 22:02

Lovely wedding legs Ragz and Cherries I beat you by two years. I also was Very young (Grin)and wouldn't have had a dress at all if my lovely sister hadn't paid someone to make me one.

Veryflummoxed · 24/07/2017 22:03

Oh and what's a cauliotto copperas?

BIWI · 24/07/2017 22:05

@JiminnyCricket your dress is beautiful! I look forward to seeing pictures of you wearing it Smile

Need to catch up on all the threads, no weigh in this week as the scales battery has run out, also had a weekend involving much wine and chocolate so will be mostly eating eggs this week..

Youcantscaremeihavechildren · 24/07/2017 22:39

Girgeous dress jim i can now fit into my wedding dress 10 years on, which is a nice feeling.
I haven't weighed this week as I don't have scales! Will either weigh at my mum's or at boots on the scary machine.
Done ok today with food, made some of the cacao fat balls posted on another thread, they were horrible...so I added a bit of Stevia, they taste ok now but not impressed! Off to a friend's for dinner tomorrow, not sure what I will be eating, she sort of knows I'm not eating carbs, would be rude to tell her what to make but think I'll try to suggest taking snacky cold meats etc so if it's really car by I can eat that...
Ran tonight, I'm clocking up approx 12 miles a week and increasing that by about a mile a week at the mo, i dont know what effect that would be having on my losses. I haven't been drinking enough water I know that much...

Youcantscaremeihavechildren · 24/07/2017 22:41

Gorgeous obv!

YoLoZammo · 24/07/2017 22:49

I lost a long post.

Suffice to say Jim you have one lovely dress there and I totally get how meaningful that is to you. You are going to feel amazing on your wedding day.

HemanOrSheRa · 24/07/2017 22:59

Evening all. We are home from our weekend away. I was knackered when I got home so slept all afternoon. Can take the pace these days. I'm on call tonight Sad. I was a carby twat yesterday . I'm putting it behind me - we had a lovely time and I now have 3 weeks exactly until my forrin holiday so need to pull my socks up. Grrrrrr. I can do this.

Jimminy beautiful dress Smile.

MOIST the meatzza looks lush. I'm going to make it this week.

HemanOrSheRa · 24/07/2017 23:00

*Can't take the pace, obviously Grin.

Copperas · 25/07/2017 04:24

My cauliotto was my very own attempt at a risotto using cauliflower rice - I thought I had invented it, but no. I started off with butter and some frozen peas, added a very little veg stock, then the colly and left it with lid on for about five minutes. Added mascarpone, a dollop of cream and grated strong cheddar. It wasnt risotto but it was very nice and will be made again.

Veryflummoxed · 25/07/2017 06:03

That sounds very tasty.

Cherrypi · 25/07/2017 06:58

Love the dress Jiminny.

MOIST · 25/07/2017 08:04

Can I take berrocca? Or vitamin c or something? I'm very fed up with feeling coldy and I've had a chesty cough for weeks.
Have I gone maaaaaad? Wondering about what carbs there is in berrocca?

wombattoo · 25/07/2017 08:51

Welcome back Mandelinka. 2lb is not at all bad.
MOIST If you're feeling really crap - just take the berrocca is my advice Thanks
