MOIST. Take the berocca, I thought it would be full of sugar but seems it's not -
Is Berocca suitable for diabetics?
Effervescent Berocca tablets are sugar-free - they contain less than 0.5g sugar when dissolved in a 250ml glass of water. On average, each effervescent tablet contains around 0.02g of sugar
Film-coated Berocca tablets are not sugar free - they contain around 0.1g of sugars per tablet, mainly in the form of lactose

If I'm unsure of a product I google product+diabetes

Morning all - I'm back from holiday. Stuck to BC Lite for food, but drank alllll the cocktails and I loved them so I don't even care, buahahaha. Water intake was very low and I have definitely puffed up, so I'm not standing on the scales until next week when the water weight will have gone.

Jim I only tried on 5 dresses, I think when you know, you know.

MOIST just have it if you feel bad.

Food today:
B - Fage with a couple of raspberries and seeds
L - chicken salad
D - pork steaks & spinach

Plus a shedload of water!

HI Guys

I've been completely off track. I've been eating anything and everything (and drinking too much too). Seriously think I need to look at eating disorder therapy. I cant go on like this. I'm now heavier than ever, swollen and I feel like SHITE. Has anyone got any good resources I can look at to try and sort my sorry self out? websites, books... anything really. I looked at Overeaters Anonymous but its all GOD and higher power stuff... (sod that).

Not eaten yet today but had a couple of coffees and lots of water. Salad for lunch and chicken something for dinner...

I'm so ashamed of myself :(

cathyandclare · 25/07/2017 11:29

Brain over Binge is good. If chocolate or something specific is a problem I found this hypnosis track incredible. I wasn't even using it for the chocoholic thing, just to help me get to sleep. In fact, I always fell asleep and never heard anything about chocolate and it was only after a week or so when I realised i hadn't had any chocolate that I noticed.

It really broke my chocolate thing, I still have it occasionally (85%) but not as much.

waa, I'm sorry things are not going well. I wouldn't write off OA, I've not been, but a relative goes to AA and it has saved his life - literally - his liver, which was failing dramatically, has recovered to the extent he is (currently, at least), no longer heading for the transplant list. I believe OA is based on the same principles. My BIL certainly isn't religious, and there is no requirement for a religious belief. The other alternative would be your GP, but my experience is that the help available focuses more on diet than mental/emotional drivers for overeating.

ilovecherries · 25/07/2017 11:43

There is also a programme called Bright Line Eating. I joined but it wasn't for me, and I got a full refund no problem st all. But it removes all decisions about food by setting very clear boundaries.

OldBooks · 25/07/2017 12:34

waawaa there are some great resources listed on the emotional eating thread I started www.mumsnet.com/Talk/low_carb_bootcamp/2963577-Defeating-emotional-eating and you can always post there to explore your feelings around food if it helps. I mean to keep the thread more active but life gets in the way.

Frustrating trio to sainsburys in my lunch break, 99% if the clothes I didn't like and the one pair of shorts I loved didn't stock my size. Tried another style and the 14 was too big and the 12 too small Angry
Bought a couple of tops that will hopefully go with some trousers I have. Not much difference between 12 and 14 in those so I got one of each! Photo, ignore the work trousers!

Leftover curry for lunch. Need to have veg for dinner!

Thanks Guys - will order that book on kindle when I get home. Am currently downloading one of the apps and am just about to check out the eat like a normal person site.

Its nice to know people are out there that understand Flowers

ilovecherries · 25/07/2017 13:48

I want your lips, actually, Ragz. I've always had thin lips, and as I've aged they have def got thinner while the the rest of me was getting bigger.

NigellasGuest · 25/07/2017 14:57

I made an amazing dessert - whipped double cream with a spoonful of coconut oil, vanilla powder, sprinkling of flaked almonds and a few fresh raspberries. Some Total yogurt stirred in. I left it in the fridge for a while to stiffen up a bit and then consumed the lot. Absolutely delicious !!

wombattoo · 25/07/2017 16:06

Waa You can keep posting here. It is more important if you are struggling. We can try and offer our support. Get rid of the feelings of shame. You were brave enough to come back and tomorrow is a new day. Thanks

Kleptronic · 25/07/2017 16:52

Waa don't be feeling ashamed. We've all done the too much/unhealthy/yo-yo/ropey eating on here. We're all human. Shame is a bloody unhelpful emotion. The good thing about being human is, there is always the potential for change. Welcome back!

MOIST · 25/07/2017 16:54

Well. Who have thunk there was a shed load of carbs in bloody watermelon? Damn.

prettybird · 25/07/2017 17:03

Water melon is essentially just sugar water with pips Wink

Veryflummoxed · 25/07/2017 17:21

Sort your're feeling so down Waa don't be ashamed, I guess most of us on here have been there. Glad you've come back. Hang in there.

Grah0SoontobeaFatty · 25/07/2017 18:04

WaaWaaWaaa Like you, I love eating if I see a big pot of chili/stirfry/general all you can eat buffets.
I eat until DW says I'm going or the food runs out.

But as seeing it out is the biggest problem, I see it I want to have it or I'll take a spoonful .. then another oh another won't hurt. I don't have beer in the house as it is sooooooo nice to sit down and have a couple.

Read a book and the DR said WEGHT LOSS programs are WEIGHT LOSS programs not healthy long life WOE. Once the WEIGHT LOSS has been achieved you need to adapt the long term healthy WOE to maintain the proper weight.
I therefore keep telling myself these restriction are only until the weight is off and then I can do it all again. Hoping the mindset will change by then and I wont do it all again but will wait and see.

So reset start day 1 of your weight loss / love WaaWaaWaaa program.

Just had a thought - get your worst picture stick it on the cupboard door with all the Carbytwatdom food.

Stick you favorite picture on the LCHF cupboard.
Say "be ya soon good looking" every time you eat proper.

When tempted you get to look your worst self in the eye and say #namastebitch and turn away.

But stay and keep talking, the websisters and bro's on here will be supporting you all the way.

wow don't I rabbit.

Grah0SoontobeaFatty · 25/07/2017 18:09

oh forgot was 211.1 yesterday morning and 208.5 this morning. Going to hope sticking to the same process today will get similar result by next Monday.

b - Omelet Cheese / bacon
l - BPC
D - 4 cups of veg - 8-10oz of chicken and spices.
s- 85g of cashews
Fluid 160oz
20kms cycle
down and up 9 flights of stairs 3 times. Long route to the bathroom.

NamelessEnsign · 25/07/2017 18:51

Copperas thanks for the cauliflower risotto inspiration. After ten weeks I'm really glad to try something different! Have got a bit repetitive lately which is why I'm struggling!

ClearEyesFullHearts · 25/07/2017 18:52

I finally, erm, eliminated and weighed in this morning at 203.2, which delights me (it's 1.8 lb loss).

If I can have a kickass week I might be able to achieve the 100s (barely), which is an arbitrary number/goal but would definitely give me an eve more positive outlook before our holiday.

I've popped into Bootcamp before under different names, but this time I was ready for it and it's been a pleasure being here with you all.

Tempted to do a before/after photo. of current status. Might wait until next week.

You're all terrific, no matter how it's going, and you've inspired me. We all deserve to be healthy, that's for sure. Namaste, bitches.

hippadoppaloppagorillapig · 25/07/2017 18:53

I need to find this cauliflower risotto recipe!

Change to dinner: DH fancied a BBQ, so we're having sausage, bacon, salad and bc coleslaw. Yummers.

ClearEyesFullHearts · 25/07/2017 18:54

Well done, Grah, you go, boy.

By the way, I really want to call you Gru, like in Despicable Me. BlushHmm

C4pinkwheels · 25/07/2017 19:21

Evening all, food today

B yogurt & berries
L two duck eggs poached on a bed of spinach
D pork loin and crackling with green veg

BIWI · 25/07/2017 19:38

Grah - that's LOT of carbs in your snack! 100g cashews is 30 g carbs, so you've just polished off 25.5g in one go.

... and Copperas you do know that peas aren't allowed on Bootcamp, don't you?!
